Conservatives, generally speaking, tend to believe in fiscal responsibility and personal control over one's own finances. We tend to believe in a limited government, usually based on some sort of universal set of morals. However, we also believe in free exchange of ideas, so our beliefs are hardly all the same. On our end of the political spectrum is a myriad of ideas. Come in and tell us what you believe.

Welcome. This is the guild where the right-of-center political thinkers of Gaia are free to discuss ideas in an open forum. Here, you need not worry about being assaulted by the left with accusations of closed-mindedness, insensitivity, and the like. While political philosophizing and networking is strongly encouraged, feel free also to just kick back and converse with like-minded people. Anyone who considers themselves right of center politically is invited to join. This includes conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians, and maybe even some conservative Democrats.

There are very few rules here. If and when you join, read them. In short, follow Gaia's TOS, don't spam, and keep your discussions respectful. We hold ourselves to a high standard of quality discussion.

If you want to join, simply click "Request To Join" in the upper right hand corner, and in the "Reason" box, just give a brief description of your political beliefs, and optionally, any political experience you may have. Do not leave the reason blank. I'm not asking for a long reason, but a blank one will be rejected.
