TRAINING

To become a Green Beret, firstly, all personnel will go through in-processing which is basically just a few tasks that require a post here and there. Once that's completed, you’ll undergo challenging T1 and T2 roleplay training, helping you increase your initiative, self-reliance, maturity, and resourcefulness for when you’re in the field. The extensive preparation includes several training steps. Each step must be passed in order to advance to the next level of training:

• Physical
• Survival
• ASOT & SERE
- Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE).

The final stage of training is a Special Operation: A staged invasion of the fictional country of Pineland. Here, Soldiers are tested on their ability to use their guerrilla-style skills. If you pass this training, you’ll graduate as a full fledged Green Beret. Only those able to withstand the difficult training and meet these incredible challenges will earn the right to wear the Special Forces tab.

RANKING
Special Forces' ranking structure is based solely off the Army's. Soldiers are rewarded through their duty, diligence, and outstanding camaraderie by granting the particular soldiers involved a promotion. If the soldier is seasoned, and is experienced enough in T1 rp, as well as having a firm grasp on the demands of the Special Forces, they may put in an application for the Green to Gold program; transition from Enlisted to Officer.
