The Jaeger Program's success was heard across the world. The threat of Kaiju was now a distant memory, and it seemed that everything has returned to the way it was. Or so people thought...Years later, after the fall of the Kaiju, their brethren known as the Mutradi were angered, and determined to finish the job that the Kaiju had failed. They come from space based portals and crash into locations all around the globe, sending the world into panic once again. It was known as The Great Despair. Because the Jaeger Program had succeeded before, countries all around the globe had begun creating more Jaegers to combat the Mutradi. The belief was that they could defeat the Mutradi as they did with the Kaiju, but it will prove to be much more difficult than before. Will the Jaeger pilots succeed or will the Mutradi finish the job that the Kaiju started?
