The Kingdom of Filor is a floating city that is made of many purely silver towering crystals and glass. In the very center of these towering crystals, there is the lone tallest tower of all these towers. This is known as the Palace Tower, home to the royal family, the Milan Clan. The city is isolated completely in deep space away from any galaxy or any solar system. It belongs to the long-lived race named the Elemental.

The Elemental race is made of five groups: Fire, wind, water, earth, and light. The color of fire is red/orange/yellow. It can be shown in the hair and eyes of the Fire Elemental Humanoids. The eyes and hair must be match in both female and male. Their power is fire. They can manipulate the fire at will into any shape they want. The Wind Elemental Humanoids' color is golden-yellow shown in the eyes and hair in both genders. Their power is the manipulation of wind at will. Water is variety color of blue in both eyes and hair for both genders. They can control water at will and can change it into any shape that they desire. The Earth Elemental is a little different. Their color is both green and brown/black, the color of plant and soil. Their power is both the power to heal and the power to destroy. The Earth Elemental group who choose to use the power to heal is called the Healers. The other group who uses the power to destroy is known as the Fighters. They can manipulate landscapes and they possess the strength that knows no bounds. It can be both female and male for the both groups. Finally, the Light Elemental Humanoids' color is white/silver/gray in eyes and hair for both genders. Their power is general when it comes to the source. It can be pure light itself. It can be the light coming from the stars or moon. This element is rare, while fire, wind, water, and earth are very common. All of the element groups are born with the ability to change into any kind of animal. The animal spirit choose them.

The Kingdom of Filor is ruled by the Royal Family also known as the Milan Clan. Kirin Milan is the Ruler of Filor, their king. He has just ascended his father's throne, not too long ago. Now, he must rule with fair hands and shows his people mercy and shows the sinners none. He must balance his fairness and his cruelness. He possesses the crystal stone, also known as the King's Heart. This crystal is made of a crystal diamond shaped. It is controlled by the King's heart and is born, not to be made. The King's height is taller than the common of men in his kingdom. He's almost 7 feet tall and more than 200 LBS. It's very common among the Kings who ruled Filor in the past. Filor has a very protective sphere around the crystal walls to give its people air to breathe. The King unites his heart and soul with the city’s soul within in order to keep it protected and inhabited.

It is home to elemental magical shapeshifters who are granted immortality. There are five element groups Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, and Light. Wind gives air for the people of Filor to breath. Fire gives them the heat to keep themselves warm in cold deep space. Earth gives fruits, herbs, etc for people to eat as well as heal the hurt. Water gives people to drink and bath as well as to have a pool to swim in purely for fun and play. Light gives light within the dark space.

Darkness is the sixth group that is forbidden and is considered rogue. Darkness is caused by the desire to kill innocents like newborn infants and children under 18. The Darkness’ color is all black, both hair and eyes and is very cold and bloodthirsty. The rogue element is not allowed to be in the Kingdom of Filor. The magicians can turn rogue by choosing to follow the path of darkness. They will be captured by the Royal Punishment Enforcers and be brought to the Royal Council for judgment and execution.

The Kingdom has a ranking groups the King, the Royal Council which has 8 people, the Royal Punishment Enforcers, and the Citizens.

The Royal Council has the Commander as its head as well as in charge of the Royal Punishment Enforcers, the Royal Adviser who give the wise counsel to the King, the Executor, and judge/jury which can be up to 5 people.

The Royal Punishment Enforcers are here to give warnings to the rule-breakers. They are here to bring the rule-breakers to the Council for judgment and execution. The Commander, the Executor, and the Judge/Jury are part of the Enforcers.

Lastly, but not least, the Citizens. They are just members who can be member of a family or the ones who work at a store/shop or work in a trade or can be artists. You name it, we have it all. The Kingdom is supposed to be the same as a real city after all. The Council members are also part of the Citizen so they can be as they like. The Council members are the only ones who can plan any kind of events, be it small or large. PM a member of the Council or the King if you have any idea for any event.

RULES

Rule #1 Be as active as possible in the guild.

Rule #2 If you are advanced to the rank within the Royal Council or the Royal Punishment Enforcers, be active in that rank or otherwise you will be put back to a Citizen.

Rule #3 Treat every member with respect accordingly to their rank.

Rule #4 Do not harass any member of the guild, even between members, or from members to the Royal Council, etc. The point is do not even harass anyone within the guild. If you are caught doing so, you will be reported. You will be warned. After 3rd warning, you will be executed (remove from the guild).

Rule #5 Do not cause unnecessary fight with another guild. If you are caught doing so, you will be reported. You will be warned. After 3rd warning, you will be executed (remove from the guild).

Rule #6 Do not steal any OC (Original Character), artwork, writing, and anything else that a member of the Kingdom of Filor personally creates will result in a ban immediately. Unless stated otherwise by the King and the Royal Council.

Rule #7 It earns a lot of work and respect to rise through each rank. However, it is not meant to be abused. Treat every member with respect please.

Rule #8 While you are in a higher rank, you do not have the right to disrespect a lower rank and act like you are superior to them. Treat every member equal. If you do not follow this rule, you will be reported. You will be warned. After 3rd warning, you will be stripped of your title and move back to Citizen.

Rule #9 When the Council makes a rule, it must be decided by equal agreement between council members, not by only one or two people.

Rule #10 Any member of the Royal Council who wants to send out an announcement must first meet with other members of the Royal Council to discuss and reach an agreement. If you do not follow that rule, you will be reported. You will be warned. After 3rd warning, you will be stripped of your title and move back to a Citizen.

If you have seen someone breaking these laws, report them to the Royal Council. They will act accordingly if necessary. The King is merciful but he will also be merciless if necessary. Remember; only three warnings must be given, otherwise you will be executed (remove from the guild). Unless stated otherwise by the King and his Council.

This is a newly formed guild. The King recently ascended the throne so he is new to all of this though he had been properly trained by his father, King Aslan before he passed on the throne. So please PM the King if you have any idea considering the ranks and rules sections. He will make any change to them if necessary. Any new idea is welcomed! He also respects the opinions of the people as well. So any opinion also welcomed!
