The year is 3923, and the world is in chaos. It all started December of 2012, when everything that could go wrong, did. China started a nuclear war with Europe, pollution really started taking it's toll on the environment, and all of this together caused an epidemic of organ failures to ravage our planet. Just when it looked like there was no hope, hundreds of people dying everyday, out emerged a savior. Body Depo, a biotech company that offers organ transplants for monthly fee. Similar in nature to a standard car loan, those who miss their payments are scheduled for repossession and hunted by the Repo Men. In a world where surgery addicts are hooked on painkilling drugs and murder is sanctioned by law, groups of rebels rise up all over the world. Most of them are killed immedeately, but a small group in America manages to outwit the Repo Men, and they fight for the freedom of those who have had to have surgeries to live but can't make their payments.
