When Luna receives a brand new Persocom for her 16th birthday, she has no idea what is in store for her. Her new Persosom has luscious long blonde hair, and soft blue eyes. She comes with the name, Mey, and Luna is so excited to teach her new things! What Luna doesn't know is that her innocent Persocom actually has a social life of her own-Mey parties with the other Persocoms and creates drama and mayhem.
