A daring scientist made a new discovery by doing the unthinkable.. Extracting the DNA from wild Pokémon, rare or common, myth or legend, and mixing it together with that of humans. His successful experiment resulted in a group of hybrids, better known as Moemon or Pokémorphs.
It was his life work. These individuals have the same abilities and attributes as humans as well as those of the Pokémon they portray, making them quite valuable; so naturally they are being hunted down. The scientist was constantly on the move to avoid interference from the villainous teams that roamed the world.

Team Rocket finally found the scientist and killed him to make sure that no one could replicate these rare beings. They even destroyed all his work, research and notes to be on the safe side. But someone made a mistake when transporting them and all the hybrids were released into the wild.
What will become of these new creatures? Will they fall prey to those who want to use them for evil intentions, or will they learn to live among humans and Pokémon?
