The Maverick Empire has defeated the last of the Earth's defense! It didn't take Avian, the Maverick King, to achieve world conquest. He spread his virus and now the world belongs to him. All of Earth's reploids and robots have become his slaves. But there is a single drop of hope. There were some hunters that got away and in hiding to rise against the evil tyrant and his generals.
Led by the former hunter commanders Harpuia, Leviathan, and Zero, this resistance are going to led into battle and take back the Earth and free it from Avian's grip.
Will they succeed? That depends on much their determination...
In recent events...
The battle raged on between the resistance and The Maverick Empire. The morale of both sides were becoming incredibly low and both sides were taking some major hits. With the low morale the Resistance started to lose hope and the Empire grew fustrated. But no one was more fustrated than Avian's own right hand man Prometheus, the Maverick Prince. More and more the battles became for fierce and finally the resistance was able to capture one of Avian's Eight Maverick Elites, the Traitorious Hunter, Dante the Divine Trasher. This was Prometheus' most loyal subject and with his capture it finally started the fire in his heart. He decided to take his fustration out on Avian and soon found himself battling the King for the throne. Prometheus demolished Avian and was crowned the new king. Meanwhile Zero met back up with his younger brother, Cloud whom was kidnapped before the fall of the hunters. Zero was the first member of the Resistnace to step onboard the Gotterdamrung, an air Battleship that is orbiting Earth, and see that the his brother had been honing his skills. After landing in the Tevil Desert the virus that had been dormant in Zero eurupted and Zero became a Cybernetic Vampire, the new Maverick virus that had been spreading. Soon the former Resistance leader started terrorizing the people until a fight with Eden but in the end it was Cloud, the angelic healer and the Angel of Salvation brought him back from the other side. With the loss of Zero, Prometheus has become more fustrated and is starting to hear the echoing of the voice of the dead king.
