Crescent Moon’s Curse- Explained via The Lost Book of Ahinthos is a Curse caused by consuming some part of the human form, thus granting the ire and punishment from a Guardian of Humankind, I.E witch, sorcerer, faerie or otherwise magically inclined being and thus forced to live their life repaying their debt and in several cases thus curse spreads to family members, friends and even undeserving strangers, forcing them into a world of unknowns.. This type of curse is not broken thru normal means, potion or even when the offending being has been forgiven. A Crescent Moon’s Curse is identified by the Curse mark Itself and by the placement and color; each marker signifies the sire, dame and in some cases it will even tell what phase of the moon the curse was given. In short, there is no cure for those inflicted. - Currently this world holds three spreadable curses; The Blood Drinkers Curse [Vampires], The Curse of Eaten Flesh [Lycanthropes and Werewolves] and The Curse of the Rose [Little is Currently Known].
