Instead of 2 chobits, he made a total of 4. Two males and two females that are supposed to help the new persocoms understand what it means to feel emotion since the government has once again started to have companies build persocoms without emotions.
So the question falls to you all that are now within this world. Will you stand in the side lines and watch, help the chobits, be part of the government or are you really a chobits yourself?
