xxxxxxxxxx「As the book cover opens and one begins to read, it will become clear that our little novella begins at a time that occurs five hundred years after the grand debut of what has become known as the Soul Society and the Thirteen Court Guard Squads. A Society that has thrived for many years with one purpose. To keep the world in balance. In which they have done so thus far. Of course there have been close calls with their enemy's but the Soul Reapers have always managed to stay on top.
xxxxxxxxxxThe Soul Reapers are gathering and preparing for a huge celebration. They have thrived from the beginning of the Twelve hundreds and now time has dawned in the mid Seventeen hundreds. So in order to celebrate such an obstacle, the Soul Reapers are planning one big gathering hosted by the nobility of the Soul Society. One can just imagine the wondrous events that will occur at this gathering. There will be so many bonds formed, relationships sprung, and stories to be told.
xxxxxxxxxxThe Soul Society has gathered many stories in their time. Only a few Captains remain out of the originals but it is guaranteed that the stories that these Captains tell are far more interesting than any other. You see, in the beginning the Soul Society is not like it is now. In the beginning, one could call the Soul Society more "Mystical" rather than "Militaristic". However, soon the old ways soon would fade into memories. However, the really great and triumphant memories would evolve into legends.
xxxxxxxxxxLegends have existed among the Soul Reapers for quite some time. They would tell of legends of a great Hollows, how the Soul King came to be, or any other tale that had sprung into what we call a "legend". However, to anyone's dismay, a legend is always based on a fact and unluckily for the Shinigami and the humans, the legend that is about to unfold is real. As real as the Black Death itself.
xxxxxxxxxxNot to make matters even worse, The Soul Reapers enemy's have taken on a new form. A stronger and even more potentially threatening foe. Time itself will begin to unravel. The avaricious nature of Hollows and Shinigami alike will soon awaken and be exposed to the world.
