Animated Name: Woeful Wallet
Description: These Animated look very sad and tend to cry a lot for they do not have many bills and coins in their body. They were abandoned by their owners a long time ago because they did not fit in. When they die, they crumple up and drop their bills and coins and you can pick them up as loot.
Environment: These can be found in Isle de Gambino.
CL and HP: CL: 10.5
HP: 1235
Aggressive or Passive: They look Passive but are VERY Aggressive.
Spawns in Groups? Will only find one at a time but can spawn more by taking your wallet and filling it with some money.
How does it attack? It will turn to look at you, open up it's mouth and you can see it pointy teeth. It will bite your hip and shake you until they get as much money as they can. If there is a wallet in your pocket, they will take it out from your pocket and fill it with some money and it will be Animated. SO KILL THEM FAST.
Other Notes: I got this idea about the new area in the making which is Isle de Gambino. Of course, wealth and money is important there so Animated wallets are pretty good. (;

Just to clarify, is it one entry that changes form as a battle progresses or is it two separate entries? Just checking before I list it, the way I'm reading it is one entry that changes form.

Ring:Polar Sickle
Description:Land a freezing blow on an enemy while sending a sonic boom-shaped gust of wind to those behind and/or adjacent(to the side) to it(No added effects to AOE,just regular damage).This ring has a medium(60%) chance to inflict Freeze.
Range: Close-range(Landing attack),Close-range/Medium(AOE Crescent attack)
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Cost: Stamina/HP/Ghi:4 stamina
Ring Effects:Freeze-On the enemy you used the actual attack on(Not the AOE),this casts sleep on it for a VERY short amount of time while slightly damaging it every second.(10 damage per second of being frozen)The enemy does not wake up when hit by a ring(unlike sleep) unless it is hit by a heat/fire ring(i.e hot foot,fire rain)
Official Description: The enemy is now frozen while being burned by extreme sub-zero temps.This effect runs out quickly due to common room temperature.
(Rage factors based on a CL.12 "Polar Sickle" ring against a CL.12 Enemy)
RR1:90-130 damage-No Freeze.(130 damage max)
RR2:120-170 damage-2 seconds of Freeze(190 damage max)
