Tiles: zOMG! Game theme AND mystery animated

So I stumbled upon the new tiles game and it allows you to pick a zOMG! theme for the tiles which feature animated Well on one of these tiles I saw a creature I have never seen in the game.



That strange little blue fish animated. Perhaps I have just missed something in the game but I am doubting that. Anyone know what this little weird fish is?

I've never seen it before either. Maybe its a sign that the game's gonna get an update soonish? I hope so.

Either a bastardization of the robofish, a placeholder relating to a mathematical issue in the game, or unused art assets that are unplanned to see the light of day in the real zOMG!
I suppose there's a chance they could actually be updating zOMG!......
But it is worth noticing that zOMG! has a lot of unused art and not many programmers to apply context to them.

It could be unused art but my question is why did they use that instead of one of the existing animated especially early in the game. (it appears on the first level of zomg themed titles hard)

Maybe it's an animated from an upcoming area?
BB or maybe even coliseum?
(The Romans could flood theirs and have naval battles, after all.)

BB or an unused shallowsea animated seems to make the most sense since where else would you run into a fish? Though with those colors it also looks like it could have come from the ruins
