so like is there a battle attack, i mean like 1~13?

so will there be weapons that have a 1~13 or will it be a game that u kill and the more u lvl up the attack will increase and any weapons used makes no diference?

YOU do not level up. Although, that could change because of the ring system will be changing, or we'll be told it's been changed soon enough. Pretty much every time you use a certain ring, it gains EXP, and I believe your ring fu (or whatever the name change for that will be) will be raise every time you gain a Rage Rank, or something along those lines.

The ring fu takes the place of lvling up and the rings take the place of weapons (the whole poor people and wepons reason)

Yes person 2 (I'm geussing The_Fooler) is correct so far at least. instead of gaining the exp by killing, you get by using the skills.
