Okay I'm guessing you don't care about quest spoilers or anything so here goes.

Right after you see Kamila after surviving/clearing the Green Rooms you'll get a quest update saying to go back to Deva.
Deva will tell you to talk to Alastor then you'll get the "Kill 100 minions" quest that Sushi mentioned.
Every time you kill an animated red words will pop-up in the middle of the screen saying something similar to: "1/100 killed". After killing all 100 you go back to Alastor and he'll give you a new quest.
This time he wants you to get tissue samples from 150 animated in DMS. Same thing as the 100 except it's raised 50.
Once you clear that quest you have to get tissue samples from either Night Frights (in the yellow maze only), Big Dogs (in the Green Rooms only) or Counts (in the 100% room before Kamila).
That is the quest I am on currently so I can't tell you what happens after that.
HOPEFULLY BEING ATTUNED HNNNG. But we'll see. :3

(for people who have already done these quests, if I got any of this wrong please correct me. I don't like giving out wrong info derp, but I think this is correct)
