⇢ Check your ring inventory. Make sure you scroll to the bottom. Sometimes they hide.
If it's not there either, your options are to join a crew and leech till you get a ring drop, buy off of MP, or a super generous person that'd be willing to give you one.

Just to be sure, please bear with me on this... you do mean it's not in your actual site inventory where you view the clothing and game items you own, rather than the game inventory which only shows your zOMG! rings?

There are always some crews farming somewhere in VG, just ask if you can join them and explain your situation, then wait until you get a ring drop.
