No. Not out yet. Should be avalaible this year, but you can never tell. For more infos, stickies are your friends wink

Yes you do have to, mods say the official game will be out late this year(Halloweenish?)

They will try to add PvP ( Player vs Player battling) later after the game successfully launches and the bugs are scrubbed out.
