FAQ

1. Q - I am worried that if I make a mistake doing the pipeline I can't change it back to it's original default settings
A - I made it very easy to follow in step by step instructions and if something goes wrong like a user error for example it is easy to reset the options to their default settings. Just back track on the steps, click the integer or bolean and right click to access the options, there is an option to "reset" this sets it to default and if it's a new command created by the user the "reset" option deletes it.

Would Google Ghrome work better? I don't use FireFox anymore, I like Google Chrome more; there's less crashing. Sometimes when FireFox crashes it doesn't open until you "restart your computer." Google Chrome crashes and then you can restore all your pages and continue whatever you were doing. It seems to have more space, I don't know anything about the toolbars. You can check what you recently downloaded, like a whole list. Everything you download mainly goes onto the bottom of the browser so you can see how much of it is loaded, but you can always change it to a different file so you can save the stuff somewhere else but the downloads are still saved so you know where it is. And when you first open it, it pops up the sites you use mostly and the recently closed tabs. Very handy ;3

You can configure the FF about:config which will passively affect the performance of Chrome since it uses the same technology and it's install directory is even within the Mozilla Firefox directory.

Good question but I advise against it.

zOMG was originally designed for Macromedia Flash 9 then Adobe bought Macromedia and Flash 10 came out with an incredibly annoying AS3 *head desk* due to this sudden change there is a memory leak as far as I am aware they are still working on fixing it.

So downgrading to Flash 9 may seem to improve performance it will most likely cause more conflicts in the long run especially as builds are upgraded. The best thing to do is use the latest Flash player 10 and ride out the wave with patience.

I agree which is why preferences are important a lot of people enjoy the Flock browser because it is designed for social networking purposes.

I'm fine thanks. Well I have clear my browser, cache, cookies it was one of the first things I did before posting to you. And now I've uninstalled and re-installed flash 10, same thing still. ^^ I don't know what it is but zOMG! and flash but they seem to be having some hiccup with each other. Did you read the threads about the slow movement everyone was having? I wondered if flash was causing that. Reason I say this is most of my online text are flash too and I'm having some issues there too, but when I switched to my laptop and used flashed 9 I was fine. Weird huh?

The truth is Qixter said early on that the game was more compatible with Flash 9. Jan is right that for the long run its best to keep the newest version. However, in the short term it may be less buggy to revert to Flash 9.

Bron said it's not a bad idea since most of the game was originally built for this. It may interfere with other things that rely on the update, however, and the new fixes are based on flash 10. in short; if you are having big issues you should consider it, especially if you don't use many flash applications. Those who i know that have reverted, are very happy with improved smoother gameplay. It really does depend
