Agalope and Raidne can indeed anchor you. I don't think it's actually an attack though, it seems to be more a plot move.

I think it's almost the same way we use our rings.

We can slash something with our hack ring and then use our duct tape ring on it.

I don't think their anchoring+attack happen simultaneously, though.

And Val, stay tuned. I'm whipping up an itsy-bitsy surprise for you right now. xD
... Should I be worried?

Yes.

I mean no.

It's not a big surprise, but I'm sure you'll be surprised. ;D
And no, I still don't agree with it.

There'll always be people who oppose something.

No, they anchor with every attack.
Though, it seems more like they're spearing you with tridents, rather then singing. confused

Ooh, you were right.

I usually have my ring and avatar animations off, so I couldn't see the Zzz thing over my head. Plus, this time I did the intelligent thing and killed off one of the guards before experimenting with the other.

The guard hits you once (and binds you), and then disappears. I think, similar to animated like walkers and bootsnakes, they do damage even after the inital hit. I'd get hit and then 36 damage would be taken off a few times while I was stuck. Then I'd be able to move.

I think my mind was stuck on the masks, though, because I'm 98% sure that once they hit you again, you're freed (until they bind you again).
i didn;t read anything below the etiquette section.., but i think you should include some things in there.

use wish on your teamates. countless people carry angel set and never use it.
divinity: it would be nice to tell your crew to gather so you're not the only one carrying it
healing! watch your crew panel; especially if you have diagnose and bandage. just because u aren't on the brink of death, doesn't mean your team mate isn't

i'll maybe come back and read the rest to see if i can suggest some mobbing strategies...

have you heard of switch farming?

I don't have adblock.
And I've gone past them quite a few times.
And the sand fluffs do DOT damage as well. The most dangerous kind, as it appears that turtle and RR4 rock armor do very little against it.
It may be intelligent to go through the SS and test how much all the enemies do. Initial test being unbuffed, then RR4 teflon, RR4 pot lid, RR4 Rock Armor, and turtle, possibly RR4'd.

I think I mentioned it's important to use your buff rings. I think that's an umbrella term that would include using wish. 3nodding

And I posted in the compound section that I personally doing like farming in the compound.

But yes, I've heard of switch farming. :3
I'm wondering . . .

I've been thinking that Lorelei is easier than her guards. What do all of you think of this?
More often than not, with RR4 teflon, she does under 10 damage while her counterparts do sets of 36 damage at a time. Plus, she doesn't have the freezing affect, so you can run around freely. The only downside to her is that she has a lot of HP.
Pay no attention to this bump. ninja
I've heard that you can escape the robofish by running back and forth between screens without getting annihilated, is this true?

I stumbled across that when testing my "Solo the robofish cave" theory.
I ran onto the screen, then ran off the way I came in assuming they would follow. When I noticed they didn't follow, I went back onto the screen, and found them to be peacefull.
I assumed that the entire cave was peacefull for some reason, so I ran into the next room, forgetting to re-use RR4 teflon, and got killed. confused

So then that method really does work? :O

Often.
It's something that needs fixin'. The robofish caves are far too easy.
