I also am curious what the rings are actually going to do since that first one looks like an orbital strike and thus one I would want on my robot mule that I also play with on zOMG.

I bet the first ring animation is probably with max rage. It looks way too cool for it being a 'normal' attack.

i'm wondering how many rings you will release, maybe you could do a bundle of rings, maybe 4 rings for 1799GC

or i don't know, maybe each ring at 400GC so the bundle of 5 rings at 1799GC, i'm sure people will buy them

No, they have other rings that're definitely going to be drops.
It's just these two, which would be craftable if not Cash Shop.

They're also considering making them both craftable AND Cash Shop.
Which would be awesome.

I hate to say it but I am rather distrustful of a poll asking if I will by a product based off whether I like the sparkles. Tell me an effect, give me an idea as to why I would use it in the game, then ask me if I am willing to buy.
