About the Starfish Recipe, I think it can only be found in the chests in Shallow Sea. That's the only place I got them from.

As for the Antique Diving Gear Recipe, there are 3 ways you can it:

- The grunny subs in Shallow Sea randomly drop it
- A reward from the marshall
- You can find it in the chests in Shallow Sea.

Yes people know how to get the Sinister Scarf, I'm kind of surprised I forgot to put it in the list actually. sweatdrop But yes, it is also pretty hard to get, since you have to beat the chapter endboss to obtain it.

Shurelia, after making a lot of shallow sea runs I've yet to be in a crew when someone got Starfish as an enemy drop. If it does drop from something there it must be pretty rare.

I thought Logan gave me a Fisherman's Hat recipe at one point during his quest chain, can anyone confirm this, or which enemies drop that recipe? And I also think Marshall might give you a Harpoon Gun recipe, so if that can be confirmed at all before I add it in, or again which enemies drop that particular recipe that would be good. 3nodding
