Exciting News has been released .

Not a first in a life time experience but a second time !

The world has begun to watch again

On Weds 3rd of august at 1.20 pm Icelandic time a new fissure erupted in Meradalir valley just N E of Fagradalsfjall . For now the the new fissure named Siggi is totally contained in the valley and compared to the 2011 eruption of 19th of March 2021 to August that year . This fissure is pumping out far more lava .

What siggi achieved in 1 day took Bob in 2021 4 or 5 days ! !

We are expecting Cinder cones to be created in Meradalir tomorrow .

But MBL , RUV and Visir camera's are beginning to turn to west towards the blue Lagoon , and to the right to Kielier . as there are signs of hot spots in those area's too . Will yet another new fissure pop up to the west of Rag Nar at Fagradalsfjall and threaten the tourist attraction of Blue Lagoon Hot Springs and the Geothermal Power plant ? !

Or will a new fissure pop up between Meradalir and Kielir and possibly obstruct the Main road to Keflavic Airport . The main airport for reykjavik and Iceland ! ?

It is said that there is now a Magma chamber under Fagradalsfjall , Meradalir and Kielir that contains 50 million cubic meters of magma surprised

People dressed in loud puffy jackets , bobble hats , camera's and Fiery backgrounds . Burning monsters and demons from the depths that need to be put back in their place . It's a 17 mile round trip to walk to the the spectacle , so get your hiking boots and walking poles ready . Gas Masks Advised ! !

Iceland is also famous for it's many Aurorora's ( northern lights )
