Ok question what if while looking for GR (becuz we finished all rooms) someone in the crew gets lost and like everyone else finds GR and dies does that count as time?
or does it have to be the whole crew.

Additionally, what if one of your crew mates get SH before entering does that not count either?

SH is fine. Time for room is determined by the first person who enters it. In which case I'd count the first person who enters GR and then I'd check the recording to double check that you cleared all 21 rooms.
