Otami Throne Room is under the big statue. Up some stairs. There's a stone block there that'll spawn a mask and some coatl. The stone is the entrance.

The one you see from the cliffs. In the normal Ruins, just go up on the stairs. Northwest. Until you get to a giant square stone.

How come Elizabeth's Null chamber quest is not in the 'Completed' section of my PDA? I've definitely completed her quest, since I'm way past that point. It just never goes away ....

i think that they flags are there over all the Null Chambers so that you can find them

How many Mushroom Cannons am I supposed to kill to finish the Shroom Heads quest? I've killed at least thirty of them already, and I still haven't gotten even one mushroom head.

The process can be tedious. Sometimes you will get the required loot instantly, other times you will have to kill a lot of enemies before it drops. How long have you been at it?
