I was trying to go through the west gate because i just got to Cl:3 and the guards at the west gate still say i have to go to the village greens even though i have already finished all the quests there. Are we not supposed to go through the gates other than south until more of the game is released? or is this just my problem? please answer I would be greatful.

I have quite figured out Carrion Fluffs yet, they seem to spawn randomly in places that grass fluffs spawn. So sometimes it'll be a grass fluff and sometimes it'll be a carrion fluff. And I don't think it happens at any particular time of day.

As for not getting through the west gate, I can't really help you there. Just go north in Bill's Ranch and you can take the back entrance to the Zen Gardens. Your average CL is probably being rounded up to 3, so the guards aren't recognizing it as a true CL 3.

CL actually doesn't matter when it comes to the gate, as long as you go through the gates from the outside they let you through from then on

From my experience, it seems like you have to first go into Zen Gardens from the ranch, and then from he Gardens TO Barton before you can move FROM Barton's West Gate through to the gardens. Like, you have to unlock the gate from the other side almost. Because even at CL 3.5, and having been in the Gardens before, I still couldn't go through the West Gate from Barton until I'd unlocked it from the Zen gardens side. /:
great guide, many thanks

You have a better chance of getting drops if you're in a crew, so I suggest trying to team up with some others to fight the mushrooms.

Best place I found for them was just below Remo, there's a set of 3 mushroom cannons there, and if you then go left into the next screen you'll find another 3 mushrooms. From this screen you can go up 1 screen for another mushroom, and if you go left again, 1 more mushroom. You can cycle pretty fast through these screens and hopefully get your caps a bit quicker. smile

That is so weird... I wonder if Qix knows that the gates aren't letting people through properly when they should be.

Does anyone happen to know where the recipes
for the coral fluff and the crystal fluff plushies come from. I've seen them
but no one seems to know where the recipes come from.

Yup, the crystal fluff is one of four possible rewards for beating the end boss.

The coral fluff comes off Barnacle Fluffs. I'll actually be adding a little bit of information about mobs in the first two end game areas, but I'm leaving the final area a mystery for quite a while.
