I've got a question!
Your CL:10.0 but I go down to 6.0 or whatever the CL is for the Old Aqueduct area.
Rings: (You only need to note these if you are having trouble defeating a particular animated)
Question: I've gotten the Vox Stellarum quest and in your guide it said that you'd get that text that says whether or not you've got it, but it's not an actual item right? I have never gotten one of those alerts.. and I've been trying to get it for months.

And also, instead of making more mules, you can just play zOMG! as a guest and do the beginner tasks from there. Unless you wanna keep the gold xD But you can always turn the guest into a new account. surprised

And you've been killing the pups in the forest areas, correct?~ (East of the hive portal for example... like here~)

While I doubt this would be the case for months... never hurts to ask~ ^-^;

Yes I have been killing them in the forest, sorry for leaving that out. Was I only supposed to stay at the bottom of the forest? I just went wherever there were trees.

P.S. Wow you got a lot of orbs. LOL.

Hm... well, there's no way around this one unfortunately~ >.<;

Probably accepted the quest during a time the game was full of issues... and the quest's functionality is a holdover from it~ x.x;
Description: South of Barton Town lie the sprawling suburbs known as the "Village Greens". A walled enclave of private housing (known simply as "Towns" ) exists here, kept separate from the rolling hills, flower gardens, and the golf course greens after which this area is named
CL: 1-1.9 (crew recommended for Lawn Gnomes or Mushroom Cannon areas when closer to CL 1)
Map: Village Greens (small), Village Greens (large, complete)
Comments: If you feel you are ready for the animated, head here. This is the starter are after the training session you had on the train and in the sewers. There are a number of areas here where you can fight without even charging your rings, though its highly recommend you hightail your behind directly to the Null Chamber marked on the map (Till the map is linked, don't worry, just head two boxes south. You shouldn't encounter any animated on your way to the Null Chamber.). If you also talked to Elizabeth before leaving Barton she will have given you a quest to charge one of your rings, so if you plan on charging your rings before you get busy in the greens make sure you've talked to Elizabeth.

If you play the Goof Greens mini-game and you hit your ball into one of the sand traps, a few sand trap fluffs will spawn. Playing the Goof Greens mini-game will also get you a variety of badges depending on your score and possibly the time it takes you.

If you beat the Goof Greens 10 times under par (39), you will receive a Lawn Mower.

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/goofgreensfluff.pngGreens Fluff: This lightly fluffy green guy won't bother you unless you bother him. If find more than one together they will fight together, but they don't hit very hard. These guys are great to hit if you have a low CL.
HP: 14-20
Drops: Charge Orb, Pinwheel Fin, Stem
Recipes: Forum Badge (ED)

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/sandtrapfluff.pngSand Trap Fluff: These sandy fluffs hang out in sand traps. Some roam a bit freely, but most of them will spawn when your Goof Ball lands in a sand trap. The hide on these guys is a fair amount tougher than their other fluff counter part in the area.
HP: 11-14
Drops: Charge Orb, Twig, Branch
Recipes: Forum Badge (CB)

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/pinkflamingo.pngPink Flamingo: These former lawn ornaments can be a bit flightly. Some of them will run off for help if you attack them or if they simply just see you near them. They will also attack you if you stand too close and their kicks can knock you back.
HP: 6-11
Drops: Charge Orb, Plastic, Pink Flamingo Feather
Recipes: Pinwheel, Flamingo Plushie(Rare), Flamingo Feather Boa???

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/mushroomcannon1.pngMushroom Cannon: Watch out for these. Though they can't move around, they do have a ranged attack and are often found with Lawn Gnomes nearby. They hit fairly hard and take a few more hits to kill.
HP: 14-21
Drops: Charge Orb, Mushroom Head, Copper
Recipes: Bonsai Wings, Mushroom Hat (Rare)

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/lawngnome1.pngLawn Gnome/Appleby/Milo/Yossarian: This guy is the bottom of the Gnome food chain. But don't be fooled, these guys travel and attack in packs. They are also aggressive and are one of the harder hitting Animated in the Greens. This guy can be differentiated by his red hat.
HP: 6-11
Drops: Charge Orb, Twig, Wing Tree Leaf, Branch, Screw
Recipes: Flower Shield, Lawn Gnome Hat

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/courier.pngLawn Gnome Courier: This guy wanders around delivering messages between all the Lawn Gnome camps. He won't attack you unless you attack him. He'll spawn at the very bottom of the Greens.
HP: 8
Drops: Charge Orb

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/lawngnomelt.pngLawn Gnome Major/Major Major/Disaster/Catastrophe/Tragedy: These guys aggressive Gnomes generally hanging around a Lawn Gnome Camp with several regular Lawn Gnomes. You'll definitely want to bring a crew with you when you go after these guys since they'll be hard to get alone.
HP: 20-27
Drops: Charge Orb, Twig, Wing Tree Leaf, Branch, Screw

http://shugotenshi.net/bria/zguide/Animated/lawngnomelt.pngLawn Gnome Adjutant/Patrol Leader: These aggressive gnomes usually hang out at the General's hut. If you find one wandering with a group of other Lawn Gnomes, usually this one will be the Patrol Leader.

I've got a question!
Your CL: 9.8, I didn't suppress it when I went to the Throne Room.
Rings: (N/a)
Question: I was wondering why I can't seem to talk to Lin and Rin? I've just completed the Stone Coatl Quest where you have to defeat it in throne room. In my quests list it says that I've completed the quest and to go back and talk to Rin and Lin to collect my prize. When I go back to them, there's the red flag on the map that shows I've completed the quest, but there's no mood bubble above their head so I can't talk to them to complete it.
I've suppressed my CL to 6.5-8.4 to try and talk to them, but no mood bubble showed up.
So my string of questions are why can't I talk to them? Do I have to be a certain CL to talk to them? Or did I have to be a certain CL when I defeated the Coatl? Or is this quest glitching?

Glitching~

Do you/did you have more than one active quest at the same time from Rin & Lin?~

I still have the Aiding the Twins quest active. For that quest, it's also telling me to go speak with Rin and Lin.
Is it a bad thing to have two active quests open?

Yes~

That means you're another person that has one of the typical problems associated with what I call "the May 19th to June 2nd glitchfest"~

Basically if you played zOMG at that time, there would be a chance your account data wouldn't load properly. Then, if you did almost anything quest related, your game would save that buggy data and... well, you're stuck with it~

(This means that if you made a new account today and played through zOMG, you would likely not encounter many, if any, problems at all~)

Known common problems include (but aren't limited to)

-Leon/Elizabeth not talking.
-Remo not granting his ring.
-Rina/Candices quests not progressing properly.
-Olivia's cookies quest not recognizing completion.
-Bill not talking. He may also give too many quests or keep asking for Stoocie despite never getting/already completing the quest.
-Albert being silent.
-Rubella being silent.
-Wish tree visions not recognizing visits to correct areas.
-Kin not granting his ring reward.
-Logan directing people to Concerned Citizen in Old Aqueduct without giving quests.
-Gustav only giving his repeatable quest that's supposed to only be accessible after completing his quest line (to gain access to she-wolf and papa saw)
-The guard in front of the entrance to Bassken Lake not giving the quest to see Gustav... and only his repeatable quest.
-Concerned Citizen giving too many quests at once, and not recognizing some of them as completed. Also, some quests just not working (like scanning the burrows). He may go silent as well.
-Mementos beep and you may get a popup saying you found more than the needed amount for the quest
-Rin and Lin giving too many quests at once and, after doing so, becoming either silent or giving their dialogue as if you don't have quests with them. Gauntlet quest skips, too.

There was a fix for this problem implemented June 2nd that should prevent people from having these issues. However, it does not solve current cases~

For that, you have to wait for the zOMG team to either:

1) Look at your case individually~

2) Deliver a fix for everyone~

**There have been rare cases where, after an update to the game, some quests un-glitch... but at the same time, npcs for other users stop talking~

That said, they have tried doing method one here~

However, due to the vast numbers of individual cases (I've talked with at least around 200 by now; while the glitch was still able to happen, hundreds of different cases were present), I assume it was and still is locked down for 2 reasons:

1) Too much time to spend fixing every individual problem that comes up~

2) Individual fixes not actually working/too complex for each unique account's situation~

So thus, while I can understand the frustration, be patient with the zOMG team as they tackle the issues at hand~

Again, these are simply my thoughts... but well, if they were intent on continuing with method one, I feel they would've made threads like this one for specific npc fixes~ (and even this didn't fix all cases of everyone's problems with this npc~)

concerned citizen got my 3rd zomg mule x_x
this is my 4 zomg mule, and im up to basken lake and i have done every quest without no problems so far 3nodding

I don't think you can get any Goofball related badges now. Didn't know you could get Goof course by roaming, I thought you had to speak to MacTaggart.
There's word that Goofball may never come back.
Thank you for the guide. It's pretty useful. :3

I just tried to get the "discover the goof course" badge on a mule... and it's not appearing at all despite going through Village Greens~

So, as Pegasid said, you can't get goofball related badges at this time... or maybe ever~ >.<;

I've got a question!
Your CL: 1.8
Question: I'm completely new to the game, being my first day. I've already gone and finished Village Greens & quests at Bill's Ranch, but when I try to pass through the North Gate I'm denied entrance, saying I need experience in Village Greens and to talk to Leon. At first Leon wouldn't talk, but then I did a quest for his mother, which allowed me to interact with him. I've already been everywhere/did quests in Village Green, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Am I not doing something that allows me access to Bass'ken Lake? How do I get through the north gate? Sorry, it's probably so obvious, but I'm new and I can't figure it out.

You need to be a CL 4.0 to be able to enter Bassken through the North Gate. So basically you have to make your way around to Bassken. Village Greens > Bills Ranch > Zen Gardens > Bassken Lake
