i haven't bothered because i actually like the music but i'll try and see whats the url for it when the game is back up.

This is a great idea, and I'm definitely using it when I get back in the game.

I agree that blocking all the music would be handy.I assume we have to do each song individually, since the "sounds" directory presumably has the more useful noises.

actually null chamber has no music, its just from sounds.
but i remember when i was in barton town and ranch, i would see a specific url come out as "loading" in the bottom left corner. i can't remember what it was but it's probably an music site or some sort.

That would be great, it would be one less thing to load and make it run faster and a lot of people prefer to listen to their own music anyway.
I go back and forth, I would probably turn this on sometimes and off other times.

yeah i remember it was direct something, i just went there. its an mp3 player for mmo songs...lol and here i thought gaia had their own music but they were just using music from other mmo's XD
at least i am under that impression since i saw guild wars, warhammer and some other games <.<
