You mean like a secret quest that you don't get told about or something? Format wise I doubt it though its completely possible, but there might be 'hidden' rings made by combining loot. In addition to the random drops that are supposed to be extra special rare.

Just with so many people there aren't many secrets on Gaia for playwise.

Well thing is even if there was a quest that you had to do some arcane hidden steps to get it wouldn't be a real secret is the thing. Because somebody would put it in one of the the threads like this that would tell you step by step how to do it.

The best way for the administrators and the GMs to handle something like this, August Nox, is to have to make that ring an event item in which the first one to reach the treasure chest containing the ring retrieves it as the prize or a similar scenario.

Dolad's idea is how to work it. And probably already in mind given that Qixter has a great idea for Halloween '08 so we know events will play out on the GBS.
