Problems with Bill's Ranch Quest?

I'm at the quest where I am supposed to help with the chicken shipment, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I click the chickens (the gear pops up) but nothing happens.

I can click cows to tip them and I've done the cow milking quest.

Does anyone have any suggestions or help?

I'm having the exact same problem, and when I talk to rubella, the three exclamation points above her head wont go away.

I've been having this problem too for a few days. ZOMG bug I guess. Please fix Gaia!

Same problem here. Rubella won't even load for me properly. She's just an outline. I can still get the daily chance from her, but the chicken quest isn't working. I hope they get around to fixing this soon.

same thing is happening to me. she just has an outline. (like this) i can talk through the chicken quest with her creepy ghost-like outline, but the quest icon doesnt go away and i cant do anything with the chickens. hope this gets fixed soon...
