Glad I'm not the only one suffering from this. I've checked 3 times and I can't find him.

The Halloween one was acceptable, since Jack is kind of mischevious, but Santa shouldnt be making us work for our prices.

GAH. All I can figure is perhaps he's "behind" something in one of the new map areas. But clicking everywhere hasn't popped him out yet.
