Hey Gaias,

For the third year in a row I have been turned into a elf and returned to the North Pole to volunteer at the tech support center for Santa. I actually have a desk this year! Well its a standing desk, but it will have to do. This year is also the first year I actual have a thread for questions instead of wondering around from thread to thread.

For those not familiar with me from previous years, I am at your service to answer any questions you have about Santa, X-mas, Elves, and just about anything else. You may also see a random fuzzball by the name of Qwerty sneaking around the thread from time to time. Please pay her no mind, she is a bit sore I left her at home to mind the house.
