If you don't believe someone's point, say this 'I don't see you're point, so you must be mad and want to fight instead of talk'

It's not bad logic or insulting or anything.

((Wahaha. I'm the opposite, marshmallow. I suck at Physics and Bio but I'm good at Chemistry! I don't think I'm quite good enough to major in it though. sweatdrop I'm an Education major myself. EC-6. I'll probably never be rich but teaching is what I wanna do!)

@Darkness: And your characters should follow the same logic. As a matter of fact, they shouldn't even monologue unless it's about their angsty backstory. It's time to just pull out the weapons and start duking it out, even if the person opposite of them is neutral/apathetic. After all, those who aren't with your MC are the enemy.

Your MC is allowed to call the villain out on this, but no one calls them out when they do the same thing.

If they call a villain out on something, they have to have an inspiring speech or song about it.

If slavery exists in some part of your story, just use it to show how EVUL a character is by him having slaves. Because in all settings, slaves are the workers of choice for villains! It's not like slave owners live in fear of rebellions and only have slaves because economic conditions like the work being too dangerous or grueling pressure them to do it! And when your hero wants to free the slaves, all they have to do is give a rousing speech! After all, it's not like there are physical or psychological reasons that keep them there! Slaves never rebel on their own, but once your hero comes in and tells them they should be free, they're totally for it! emotion_awesome

No one owns slaves and:
Does so because they'd lose their wealth/land/business contacts without using slaves
Does their best to get along with slaves
Gives slaves medicine
Calls a doctor for slaves
Gives a slave a wedding gift
Allows a slave to learn anything
Has a slave's child be a friend for their own child
Lets a slave buy freedom
Uses current slaves as a cover or helpers to free other slaves
Slavery is hot.

That is it's only purpose.

Never answer questions you don't want to. Especially if you've been asked more than once to answer it.

Being bored is TOTALLY a good reason for a teen character to run away from home. The outside world is never dangerous, even if a person is young, inexperienced, and out all alone. In fact, you never have to justify a character running away from home! And when they do run away, they manage to get by perfectly even if they never traveled before. No matter where they are, food is easy to obtain in the wild and it doesn't even have to be prepared. They always make it to a faraway town within a few days, where they can start a new life!

There are empty houses all over the place. No one cares if they move in.
" A guide to murderers via clothing style;

If they are hot/badass - anti-hero / love interest;
if they are in leather - it was revenge;
if they wear jeans - it was self-defense;
if they wear glasses - morally gray;
if they wear a suit - antagonist;
if they are ugly/plain - henchman; just kill 'em.

(Actually, there are empty houses all over the place because of the recession, but I'm sure just moving in is trespassing because these vacant houses are properties of the banks.)

Empty houses are never for sale either. And somehow, they all have electricity/water/other things necessary for the vacant house to be turned into a safe haven for your hero(es) and their band of teenage misfits.
