It's simple. You give a normal word like "rose" to the avatar below you, and the make the best tektek they can, using only the items that come up on the dream avatar tool from tektek.org given that one word.
Edit: That rule wasn't working too well, so just follow the concept and use whatever items you want.
They can use whatever base they want. There is no price limit or anything. Just be as creative as you want using those few items. Hopefully when they are done they will have a themed avvie of sorts.
