*~Ria High School~*

Due to the fact of Guilds going down for updation and all that jazz on Monday (Sept. 05th) I have created a off-guild thread for those who wish to enjoy the guild during the down time.

arrow What is Ria High? for those of you who are not part of Ria high and wish to know what it is about, Ria high is a literate High school Roleplaying guild. It features students who were either cursed or gifted with powers. And with the few of those who wish to learn how to gain powers.

So thats about it! Here it is O-o the off-guild RP thread.

where should the setting be? How about the Courtyard? XD for good ol sakes.

The NPCs

Ahh the good ol NPC so everyone can have another silly character to talk to if there is no one on XD


Butch: Butch is an Egotistic Swordsman he thinks he is gods gift to women. He is very skilled at the sword (but not as skilled at us ) and is very cocky about it. He is usually trying to impress the swordswomen and monk women. His favorite food is a tuna fish sandwhich.

(unnamed other dude) James: James is a large and fat Swordsman he is very poor in swordsskill and isnt the brightest when it comes to thinking but he has an enourmus gifted power which he wishes to use it on the sword. He LOVES eating.

(unnamed other dude) Sock: Sock is a lil midget that can wield two swords at once. he is very small. Like the size of Jame's foot. He loves his view on women from there though XP. Sockis completely bald and loves to pick on James XP. He is the most intellegent of the three.

The three of them love hanging out with each other. and the best way to put them? Ed edd and eddy.

Mattus-san: Mattus-san is the principal of Ria HIgh. He is rarely seen and is usually announcing dates through speakers which are located all over the school except in the Church. Mattus in history terms was the man who made Ria 1 after he found the wonders of RPing in Sparka. IN real life though.. hes a skinny lil white toothpick arm boy. A nerd. XD. In Ria High he is a buff Spiky brown hair boy with goggles around his neck. Sorta lookin like Sol ^^.

Oliver

Oliver is the little brother of Sakura Ai Wonderland and Feena Rose Wonderland. He is probably one of the most energetic kid you'll ever seen but really cute. He is a crossdresser and mostly wears schoolgirl uniforms (but with shorts) and also wears dollhouse shirts and a french artist hat. Basically, he is like a male Sakura but with black hair like Feena. His eyes are the color of chocolate. Sometimes he'll talk in french but he speaks english really well. He is has a demon side that he hopes that won't be revealed and a sad past like Sakura. The Wonderland sibling's mother left them and thier father soon wentill and died which left only Sakura to take care of Oliver since Feena is too stubborn to take care of him and Hiro is too slow for that lovie dovie stuff and Sakura is the only one that has the heart to keep Oliver smiling. Although his mother didn't like any of her children, Oliver keeps the memories of her in his mind and hopes she is happy.

One last thing, Oliver is like Momiji from Furuba. ~^_^~

Aldrien: This Teacher is a handsome blonde haired man who always wear these padded red gloves, his clothing is angelic like and wears a pair of goggles on his head XP. his name is Adrien. He searches for a love he long lost before who was injured in a major accident. He heard rumors she was repaired into a half android and now hopes one day to find her sometime in his aerial travels. With no luck after 5 years he now stays in this school just teaching of what he loves. Airships. He is a very friendly guy but seems to be troubled at times and drinks mildly. his prized ship name is a pink II-HC . Even though he has a few duplicates of them the Pink one is his most prized XP. Could The one he looks for is actually within the school ?

Important Notes: Aldrien was an awsome Rpier who was the BF of Chii (another past Ria Rpier). A memoriable scene with him was when he tried to make out with Chii in the Tribu River thread. Butttt Toadess, and Kurai decided to crash their make out and suddenly make a party XP. ahh Aldrien was a fun guy XD. Although I never got to Rp with him.




Tale: Tale is an Acoylte who studies from Kurai. She is mostly found in the church just going about cleaning it up. She is very scared of new things so she is hardly seen outside from the church. This Green haired acoylte is around her early teens with a very optimistic and hyper attitude.

Extra info: Tale was orignaly an important character within Aili's fanfic. (LadyLight) She also used it as a screename for the Sage character she had withing Ragnarok. This brought Kurai to use her as a fanfic character within Zenith. In Zenith RO fanfic, Tale was a very shy and easily corrupted Character.

oh and these pics. Are just a joke card for Ragnarok XP nothing to do with RPing or anything.

Ria Guild Rules (off Guild edition!)




Rayan: You joined the Ria Guild, right? Spiffy, ain’t it? biggrin Well, as a member of this guild, there are some rules that you must follow. And here they are:

1. (KuraiGekkou edit) RP skills are a Must-have! This means we don't want stuff that are like this:
   
   *smacks Rayan over the head with Beer bottle* (Stupid action RP style)
   
   or like this:
   
   Kurai said Hey i don't use punctuation im a dumbass! walks away. (failure to comply with basic english rules.. -.- )
   
   or THIS:
   
   Kurai eats fried chicken (one liner)
   
   so please.. try to be literate if you going to RP here.

2. No Powerplaying/God-moding. This means that you cannot make your character overly powerful (ex. bam I punched you hard in the face and you crumple to the floor, dead). You cannot say you hit someone in a battle; instead, you say you either aimed for them or completed an attack. The other person gets to decide if he gets hit or not. Ex.:
   
   {Rayan} Rayan thrust his sword directly at his opponent, Ky.
   
   {Ky} Rayan's blade cut at Ky's arm, but it was a minor wound, and he continued to battle.
   
   You also can't keep on dodging or blocking everything someone throws at you. The idea is to be fair- being “cheap” is lame and distasteful. If you fight unfairly, it makes things no fun. However, you can do pretty much whatever you want to NPCs (Non-Player Characters), just don’t make it stupid by being unrealistically powerful, even if they are only NPCs. It would get quite annoying…
   
   
3. You cannot kill another person's character without their consent. This is considered to be power playing, which is forbidden. You can kill any 'secondary' characters as you like, though. (secondary being characters that you have introduced but aren't somebody's character…same thing as NPCs basically)
   
   
4. Swearing should be kept to a minimum. . Now, it is understandable in a role-play setting. If your character is getting his or her butt whooped in a battle, or someone is about to die, they’ll probably going to mouth off a word or two (or a couple of paragraphs, depending on who the person is whee ; )…in fact, it might be unrealistic if they didn’t. However, in general, swearing should be rare as opposed to commonplace. Not only is it generally unwholesome, but it gets INSANELY ANNOYING when people go around and cuss at each other and at everything all the time. I’ve experienced this before, and regardless of whether you tolerate this sort of language or not, it really does get annoying for many people. The Ria Guild team (a.k.a. “The Kurai Crew” ) can decide how to respond to this issue as they please: They can kick you out of this guild if it’s serious enough.
   
   
5. Your character must be the same gender as you are in real life. Otherwise, things...could get kinda freaky...+.+;; ((Kurai: i may have to change this -.-;; ))
   
   
6. Of course there’s romance! What else is life good for? xd However, as already said, No cybering, meaning, don’t go off 'the deep end' and get overly sexual. It's disgusting, and I don't want anyone pouring out his or her lusts on the threads in this guild. Save it for the birds, man! >_<
   
   
7. In order to participate in the role-play of this guild, you must make a character profile. You don’t have to do this right away, but you still have to do it. (Dosent apply off guild)
   
   
8. Do not advertise any other site/guild unless you get permission from an administrator. (dosent apply off Guild)
   
   
9. Finally, you must obey all of the rules put up by the main Gaia site (The ones that you had to agree to obey when you first registered). Not doing so could get you deleted or banned.
   

I hope that you will all follow these rules, and enjoy your time doing some awesome high-school role-playing in the Ria Guild!

Ky: Announcement! In light of recent events, I have decided to implement a new rule. There will be NO stealing of items from other characters unless you have the express permission of the person who the character belongs to. That's right. Ask before you steal something (not in the RP of course but like, over IM or PM).

History of Ria

Just in case you're having one of those days where you're reaaaaaaally bored and you've got all this crap due tomorrow but you don't want to do it and would much rather burn it all but you're too lazy to get out of your seat and there's nobody online to RP with, here's some links to previous Rias for your viewing pleasure (although personally I would prefer the pyro).

Ria (the original) - Unfortunately dead. No traces remain.

Note: Even though many of us used the same names on both Gaia and Ria, most of the characters are different.

And of course, there's Ria's cousin Fyia whose condition I don't really know about at the moment but I'll let Rayan elaborate on that
