(There are more than likely bunches of minor rivers and lakes, but these are the larger ones from a birds eye view.)
This takes place back in time when their where tribes that fought for territory.Their are 4 different tribes that surround a 'forest' This forest is VERY large and takes over a huge chunk of land. The tribes that surround it around all based on the four directions, north/south/east/west. Each of the tribes have one thing in common. They all believe in one legend. The forest that they surround is supposedly a magical forest. Which beasts of untold origins so called live. They believe that all orphins within their tribes MUST be sacrificed to the forest beasts for them to stay at peace with one another. They believe that once the children are put within the forest, they are eaten by the creatures. The only time the tribes-men are allowed within the forest is when they are bringing a orphin within the forest. Other time they find their is a barrier around it where they cant enter.
Well, instead of the orphins getting eaten by the creatures.... they find that one of them is specially bonded to them.
Unknown to the tribesman, what really lives within the forest are hybrid animals. AKA Animals that where bred between two completly different species. For example, my own Hybrid Nali was a cross between a Arctic wolf and a snow leopard. Hybrid animals are not accepted within their own societies of both of the parents. Even if the parents want them to be, they are casted out of the pack/herd/ whatever they are in and shunned. The forest calls out to such creatures cause it is said it feels sorry for them. So the hybrids travel to the forest and live within the shelter and safetly of it. When such a hybrid see's a orphin. it knows how it feels to be casted out. So it basically takes in the child and raises it as if it was its own.
Their is a pact that the hybrid animals make with the forest upon entering. Each hybrid is granted enternal life and never age, but in return the hyrbids must give up their ability to re-produce. The orphined humans are not given this chance to become immortal. So they get to live and grow, not to mention mate if wished, within the forests safety.
The outskirts of the forest just look like that... a forest. But to the inhabitants of the forest it is like a paradice. Reason being the forest is said to have all different terrain for all of the animals needs. Say.... snow covered ground to the north for the northern animals. (even during summer). And marshy swamps for the swamp dwelling animals. ETC.
Within the forest their is a small tribe where a adult woman lives. Its fortold that she has lived for hundred of years helping the orphins and hybrids. She herself has a hybrid, which is a cross between a Sheep and a horse. (( it looks like a giant sheep XD )) The woman makes clothing from the sheeps wool so that when the children grow and need new clothing, they come to her. As well as if they get ill or injured beyond their guardians capeabilities, she is their to help. She is what they call the.. "god mother of the forest" Its also in legend that she might be the spirit of the forest.

~Toddlers~
Toddlers are for the most part helpless, they need their Hybrid to help them almost as if they where a newborn pup. They can crawl and maybe walk short distances on their hind legs. That is, if their guardian doesnt raise em to use all 4 legs.

This is the stage where the childs interactions with their guardian, and others in the most influential on them. They are very curious in this stage, touching anything they can get ahold of. They can now also walk.

ugh! gotta love the terrible teen stages. Not to mention, Dun dun duunn... puberty. You might wanna make sure to keep the teenagers in line, they tend to love to be rebelious in this stage of hormone crazyness.

~Adults~
Wow! your child how now reached adulthood, the guardians have done their job and raised their adopted child to be whom they are in this stage.
*NOTE* Your B.T.W. wont die unless you RP them doing so. What will not be allowed is you killing them off out of spite, it doesnt work this way!

A: YES they are. Please read the RP post for more information.

Q:Can the hybrid animals breed with one another?
A: No they can not. Reason being they are all infirtle, read the 3rd post.
Q: Well... can the human Orphins breed?
A: Yes! BUT they must be at 'least' a teenager. And you must show us that both of the characters are madly in love through RP. No one night stands here folks!
Q: What about when the kids go through puberty? What if their guardian isnt the same gender as they are!?
A: Well, ide have to say the Child and guardian go and talk to the village woman in the center.
Q: ....When the children grow they will need new clothing!
A: When they outgrow their old clothing go to the village in the center and talk to the village woman. She can hook you up with some new clothing. Reminder, she only has the wool from her hybrid AND limited axcess to dye's. She can make dye from the berries and such of the forest, but she hand sews everything so nothing too complicated.
Q: Wait... so if the children are raised by the animals, does that mean that they will only speak the animals language!?
A: Yes and or no. They will not know their native tribes tongue, but only the language of the animal guardian. Eccept in this forest all of the animals can understand and talk to one another.
Q: What about if the child wants to leave the forest and go back to their tribe?
A: Once you live in the forest, the forest will not let you leave. Just as it wont let outsiders in (( unless they are bringing a orphin, or a hybrid enters)) their is no going out. This is not saying though that the forests protection doesnt have glitches.

These are RP intensive pets. This must be the first thing you must know. BUT we are light RP intensive. Meaning we only require at least one journal RP once every 3 months. If you dont have a RP post in 3 months time we will send you a PM asking if your alright. If we dont get a responce in a few weeks, we will send another. After that... if we dont get a responce in a few weeks after the second one we will assume your either not interested anymore or have quit gaia. Your orphin and hybrid will be somehow put up for adoption again. And NO REFUNDS will be given. We have given you a warning. If you are going on hiatus you MUST make a note of it in your journal. We will understand if you go on hiatus and we wont penalise you for the 3 month period. We are human and we understand if your having problems! XP
We would adore it if you Rped mroe than once every 3 months though <<; And RP in the thread is highly encouraged.
Their is one thing to remember though, in this shop you MUST have the required ammount of RP posts/ journal posts/ ETC in order for your BTW to grow.
For your child to grow you must have a minimum of these requirements.
Rp Requirements:
- Toddler-Child
Must be a toddler for at least a month
3 journal entries or RP sessions in any format
2 dear diary entries ( child or guardian POV )
1 open RP in main thread
Child-Teen
Must have been a child for at least 2 months
4 journal entries or RP sessions in any format
2 diary entries from Child point of view
1 dear diary entries from guardian POV
2 public RP session in main thread
1 closed RP. Meaning only 2-4 people can participate, and it takes place in your journal or on a messenger. MUST be documented in journal.

Also guys.... if your going by the strait bone way to get the growths, and dont do Extra RP's, we expect the RPs to be at LEAST a page in legnth. None of these... two second three sentance RPs then you are looking for a growth. NO. Of course this doesnt apply to those whom RP more than the rquirements.

Please note that you must describe how your orphan got certain items or colors for their clothes. Like for example orchids were ground up for light purple dye. or that gathered up various pretty stones by the river and gathered then up for a necklace, finding a shed gator tooth white at the bank to use as a center piece. ETC. If you do not type how your child got these then it will not be added. Know your limits to your child's age. I doubt an infant or a toddler is going to get soemthing without finding it on accident on the forest floor.

Did anything happen to your Orphin that caused things they will have for life? Say scars? Did it decide to say... stick a bone through its ear for a ear peircing?
What type of clothing would they be caught wearing? (( REMEMBER. This is set back in olden times so the clothing is very limited. As well as the colors would be limited to natural stuff.... you can proberbly make any color out of the resources the village woman has, but it cant be anything complicated. As well as the only matierial she has really available cloth wise is cotton from her own guardian. ))
How would the orphin wear their hair?
Any special items the orphin finds dear to them?
Did anything happen to the guardian animal that would cause them effects on the future? Scars, burns, ETC.
Any say... necklaces braceletes or anything that the Orphin gave the guardian and they wear it like a magnet?
