How do I get an Aershaa?
Via flatsale, auction, raffle, or custom. Slots and sales are random, but will be announced in the thread title.

There are no Aershaa for sale until the new thread is complete, and all the lineart and original recolorings are done.

How many Aershaa can I have?
Three is the limit. You will occasionally see people with 4 – they are long-time members of Aershaa, the Bladewolves, and were around in the short months where the limit was raised.

Why is there a limit?
To give a fair chance for everyone to own one, and for purposes of taking care of all your Aershaa.

How do I make my Aershaa grow?
Stay active in the shop and RP. It’s that simple.

I want to play an elder Aershaa, but it takes too long to grow to one – I don’t want to wait 2 years. How can I do this?
2 ways – you can custom order an elder Aershaa, or you can buy a potion to age your Aershaa instantly into the elder stage.

How long do Aershaa live?
About 20 years.

What if my Aershaa dies in RP?
You’ll have the choice of requesting to turn them into a ghost Aershaa for a small amount of gold (about 500g), or rebirthing the Aershaa into its next lifetime (about 3,000g).

What do Aershaa believe in?
Most Aershaa are firm believers in the two Aershaa gods, S’feena and Khan. They also believe strongly in spirits, reincarnation, karma, and fate, but this can vary from Aershaa to Aershaa.

Anything else is up to you, really.

I have a Child of S’feena / Loyal Follower of Khan, but I don’t want my character to have anything to do with the feuding and war. What can I do about this?
You’re welcome to be a neutral Aershaa, either against the war or apathetic about it.

Okay, so my Aershaa is neutral, and has a mate in the opposite “faction.” Can they breed?
Yes, but the child has a high-chance of being stillborn, and otherwise will be a baneblood, which are outcasts in the Aershaa world.

Artwork & Customs

Is the lineart traditional or digital?
All Aershaa lineart is done by hand, either in micron or a precise V5 pen.

What do you color with?
Photoshop CS.

There are bonded furries and humans in this RP, but I don’t see any…
You can order a custom bonded cert for 50K. There will never be bonded flatsales, because they’re meant to be original characters.

That’s too expensive. Why is it so expensive?
Customs are complicated in themselves. Since I’m making the lineart and trying to get it to match your exact character description, it’s time consuming and challenging, and thus is far more expensive than most.

I want a custom Aershaa, but there are no slots open. When is there going to be a slot open?
I’m a busy college student. Please be patient when there are no slots open – it typically means “I’m insanely busy.” You’re welcome to stick around Aershaa, chat, and RP with outside characters, as long as they fit the character guidelines.

What kind of characters can I play here?
Any sort of furry or human.

Can my non-Aershaa characters use magic?
Furs are more magic-savvy than humans. Where furs can be mages and sorcerers, humans are more limited to potions, shamanism, and the sort of magics you’d find in reality – pagan rituals and whatnot, perhaps with more obvious results.

What about Aershaa? What kind of magic can they use?
Be creative! Any magic that goes along with your Aershaa-type. If you’re a cross-breed, it’s your dominant element you can use fluently. Sub elements are either completely dormant and useless, or very, very weak.

What time period is this?
The year is written in the storyline. In this world, it’s an old world sort of setting. You won’t find electronics, but you’ll find gas lamps and various simple inventions. Be creative! I’d love to see an inventor in the RP.
