I made this list to prevent an ammount of doubletopics in the Questions and Assistance forum. I do not wish to take over the Bug report subforum Please, do not use it as such. This is only a list, so you don't have to read a lot of information. ^_^

Always read the stickies, they usually contain a lot of useful and official information!

FORUMS

• Egosearch only shows the recent threads you have made.
  
• If the first post in a sticky is editted, it looses its sticky status, a moderator has to manually make it a sticky again.
  
• A lot of old threads are still not edit-able. Such as the previous version of my Buglist. We will just have to patient and hope things will get fixed.
  
• Old threads are missing quite a few pages, the Battle Suggestion Thread for example misses 40 pages, the Feature Suggestion Thread has lost all its pages from between Wed Oct 20 2004 and Wed Jun 15 2005.
  
• A lot of users can't be found using the memberlist. Just type the name in your friendslist and make a request. You can click the link to their profile in [Approvals] and remove the request before they even get to it.
  
• Sometimes the bbcode you use
  [url=][/url] [img]malformed url[/img] [code]
  for example does not get transformed in how it is supposed to look. There is no work around available.
  
• Many of the characters that are unicode or ascii(means they generally do not appear on the normal A-Z, a-z, 0-9), these characters are not completely uniform or are not always available or working properly for every system. If some characters turn into gibberish, such
  as æ#;¢â¨��¤²¡;¬žæ#°¥;¦ or�ذţ�;¢æ#;⦣; æ#;¾ try to refresh untill it will display it properly.
  
• In addition to above: if you search by memberlist with gaians with these characters in their names you might get a "user does not exist" message, or find the wrong user.
  
• If a thread has an unread reply a little sign is in front of the topic title, in the old times when you clicked on it, it would lead you to the unread post. however now if you click it http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=84&view=newest
  
  it says the feature is disabled. No work around.
  
• From time to time the font of the site turns into 'times new roman', just refresh the page and it will be gone.
  
• and another old glitche: if you go to the last pages of a forum it does not show you any topics, because they are auto-deleted, but because it does not show any topics, there is a message that "there are no topics on this forum, hit create new topic to make one. " so thats kinda silly sweatdrop .
  

PMs

• The PM-bubble doesnt show up all the time.
  
• [send to friendslist] has been disabled once again.
  
• You can not delete messages from your sentbox, the only way to get them out of there is if the receiver deletes the message from his/her inbox.
  
• Sometimes the envelope next to your avatar won't show up the moment you log on, it may take one refresh or one click to get it.
  

FRIENDSLIST

• the second page of your friendslist is not viewable, all names are on page 1.
  
• Searching for friends is currently not possible.
  
• If you are having problems with adding friends via their profiles, your best guess is to manually add them on your friends list.

SHOPPING

• If preview is broken; try the following
  
  right click on the red X, select "properties" copy the whole URL.
  open a new window, paste the URL
  then change the server name(the thing after http://) to 'preview' 'dale' or 'clyde' Depending on what the original name was.
  
• engraving and giftwrapping appear to be down again.
  
• There are alot of glitches in the clothing preview, some time colours fade some time there is a green background. I have no idea how or if this will be solved. if you buy the clothes there is nothing wrong with it.
  
• The pricelist in barton store has not been updated since: Tuesday, March 09, 2004. A new list of all items on gaia has been created: http://www.tektek.org/gaia/items.php
  
• Some times your avatar wears other clothes in the clothing preview than you are actually wearing at that moment, or even a different haircut. Just hit cancel and re-preview till it works.
