July 22, 2004~~~Opened thread, reserved posts, made banners
July 23, 2004~~~More posts updated, I (Alanna) reach halfway point in my quest. Once my quest is finished, the charity will be in full swing. Later. . . Quest is finished, charity, excepting a few minor tweaks, is in full swing!
August 7, 2004~~~Realized I forgot about this! There are two new members, BBEFBean and theninjafetus. Actually, there's been some donations, and we've helped many people! It's such a wonderful start!!!
August 15, 2004~~~I'm thinking we don't need more than 1 update a week or so. We have now donated over 7300g, 2 chain wallets, and a nightmare scarf to 34 people. Our most beloved frequenter is emmikthe3rd whose donations have almost entirely funded this charity. We have 4 members: myself, _Nova_, BBEFBean, and TheNinjaFetus. I, (Alanna), am becoming busy with band and school again, and BBEFBean narrowly escaped Hurricane Charley. We're thrilled that the charity is running so swimmingly.

We are currently running a lotto the first trophy lottery, as part of this lotto we are giving away 2.5 million to charities that register with us, there is also a contest for charities, if you refer the most people to buy tickets then you could get one of the top 3 spots, it doesn't matter how many tickets a person buy they could 1 or all of them, you will still get a point.
1st will receive 1 million, 2nd will receive 500k, 3rd will receive 250k the left over from the 2.5 million, 750k will be divided equally between all registered charities, that have at least referred 1 person.
So register by sending us a PM and enjoy, and send across as many people as you like, there is banners on the main page for you to use.

Just a reminder that this charity is run by 3 very busy students. Sometimes our lives take over and we are slow to respond. We will hopefully get to all requests shortly after they are submitted but sometimes things happen. We have the alphabet split 3 ways so that we can all respond to requests, this means that even if one member is online but you may not get your donation right away. Please deal with us while we manage to survive high school/college. We will get to your requests as soon as we can.

1) Do NOT PM anyone on the thread for donations, please. In fact, if you want donations it would be best to follow the instructions, wouldn't it? If you PM any of them, and I find out, you will be placed on the Sourlist.

2) No fighting in here, please! Doing so will not only mean that if you were currently in line for a donation, you will be taken off the list, but you will be added to the Sourlist, and never allowed a donation. Please don't make us resort to this!

3) Please try to use correct grammar. I know some of you may not be perfect, ((nobody is!)) but please refrain from |33t and net speak. if u talk lik dis or u53 /4r|0u5 ||u|/||3 3 r5 4|||) 5%|/||30|_5 you won't be high on our list to donate, I promise you.

5) We reserve the right to deny any requests we find unsuitable, please don't argue with us, we're just trying to be as safe as we can be!

I am sorry I have to make this so strict, but due to recent events in the charity I have been feeling less and less inclined to be in a charity because of the grief people have been giving me. I am doing this because I want to, not for any other reason. If I stop enjoying giving, because a few people give me grief...due mainly because I put them on the sourlist because they wouldn't follow our rules...then I will stop giving. It is that simple. That said, I hope people are able to follow the rules and not give me reason to want to leave.

Having a Quest page is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please, don't even apply if you don't have one.

All people requesting gold, please do not make another request with mule account. Doing so may give you another 200g, but it denies this charity from donating to more people. There have been a few requests recently where I am positive they were mule accounts of someone that has already recieved gold from us. I went ahead and donated to them hoping it would make them happy that they got around the system and that they would stop requesting (and I really don't want the hassle and pain of dealing with putting more people on the sourlist right now) but I have noticed even more mule accounts requesting. I am not stupid people, you may think that you are getting away with it but there are always clues that give you away. I have let mule account requests slide recently but if they don't stop I will be forced to be more selective of what people I donate to...and that will end up hurting other people that want a donation from us. Please don't use mule accounts, if I continue to see this trend I WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Anyone caught trying to get an additional donation with a mule account will have all names placed onto the sourlist.
