7. If you have a problem with us. Or this shop, and begin to harass us, mods will get involved, as we've said already, mods have cleared this concept after an eruption in the Mini Shops (its birthplace).

SPEED FLATSALE RULES
- PEED FLATSALE means, one set price, first come first serve, unless stated something else.
- To be counted you must wait for the GO! signal and you must use the order form.
- One owner can only buy one taste at each flatsale.
- Send trade to Makaio PinguSoda if you have won the flatsale.
- Do not post if you don't have enough gold.

PROMPT FLATSALE RULES
- PROMPT FLATSALE means, a prompt will be given to you for a limited time.
- Include the PinguSoda Order Form filled out in your PM.
- Write your response to the prompt and PM your finished version to Makaio PinguSoda.
- When deadline is up, we will read through the responses and choose who fits best.
- Once your name has been announced as winner, send trade immediately to Makaio PinguSoda.




RP RULES
- Speak in Italics when you involve the PinguSoda in this thread, or normal RP at the guild!
- You may speak in normal speech without brackets when you talk with your own avatar or italics.
- If preferred, you can use brackets when you talk about own stuff, or you can drop the brackets as well.

Q: Will there be more PinguSoda taste?
A: Yes, more will come!

Q: You are not the "creator" of these.
A: I am. And someone needed badly to harass me, so now the Gaian minishops mods cleared and approved it! So if you want a Gaian mod to warn you, then harass me about it.

Q: I only have 1g, but I want to buy one in the flatsale..
A: Try the next flatsale, when you have saved up enough.

Q: Do you do pet trades?
A: Possibly! You'd have to pm Isle_De_PinguSoda with what your offering and we'll discuss it together! But don't feel bad if you get rejected. We just can't accept everyone. ^^;

Q: Can we co-own our PinguSoda?
A: Well, I'll say no, unless you don't mind sharing your drink with someone hehe. So thats a no. Unless theres a cough twin PinguSoda cough.

Q: Can we RP?
A: Yes! Of course, but its not NEEDED, its just nice to build out the Isle and get PinguSodas involved. Nonetheless, it is highly encouraged because we love to see those PinguSoda personalities sparkling.

Q: I heard rumours about a secret guild for the PinguSodas on a mysterious spa island. Is it true or false?
A: If the engagement and RP to the PinguSoda are high enough, this isles in a guild will most likely be revealed.

Q: Do you accept items instead of gold?
A: Not on opening sale. After opening sale, flatsale can be paid with a sealed or gold.

Q: Does pet automatically include breeding?
A: No, that is sold seperately.

Q: Can we buy them when availability is not on, that is not flatsale or other sales?
A: Nope, you can only buy them when availability is on.

Q: Are we able to move the flowers on the personality bars?
A: No, they are set, unless you RP a lot, then they might change!

Q: Are we permitted to get fanarts of our PinguSodas?
A: Yes, very permitted as long as you don't sell it. <3

Stage One ~ DRINK:



Your first meeting with your PinguSoda comes as a drink with a sizzlefizzle taste and refreshingly cool and cold. Even though it doesn't move much at all, once in a while you may notice it blink and watching the owner carefully and might decide to become more than just a drink. Upto you!


Stage Two ~ SHAKE:



Ohno, it's starting to get empty, but then it starts to shake and shake. Bubbles storms up and it looks all blown up while the soda refills itself! Something is definetively happening. And while you wait, watch out so your PinguSoda doesn't roll away from ya n_n! Esspecially if it's highly energized. What is your PinguSoda upto now?


Stage Three ~ POP:



You PinguSoda looks like a walking Pingu filled with Soda n-n Gender has been set and your PinguSoda should be sparkling full of personality now. There is a special ability with them when they are at this stage, but it must be trained up. It is so that when they are POP, then your PinguSoda can actually touch a glass and fill it up magically with their taste! But it's upto the PinguSoda how yummy or bad of their taste it will be! ;3




SECRET Stage ~ LEGEND:

Le secret <3, but we know that to obtain the LEGEND stage, you have to heavy-RP your pet and show your true dedication for it to be a possible happening. Journal and RP will be judged with the frequency and quality. We also know they are humanoid with treats from their taste in their personality.


Stage Time ~ will vary from week - month depending on how much you RP your pet. If not, none-RP will be slowest.

Two owners come together; please, not the same owner with two different PinguSodas, thats not love >/3 Also you need to RP together so we can see how they met and fell in love. You have to pay x k from each side for a breeding slot, there may be 1-3 in a batch of breeding. PinguSodas may only breed once for one true love, then they loose that ability.
