    Welcome to the Mystical Realm. This post contains mostly information, obviously. If you have a question that isn't answered in any parts of the front page, please feel free to contact one of the superiors in charge.

    Now, to begin. There are several types of creatures inhabiting the Realm; new ones are being discovered even as we speak. We've listed the known species below. ;D

New Examples Coming-Waiting for New Templates/Lineart

    : Nightmares:

    There are two types of nightmares; the neutral and the evil. The first evil nightmare was discovered a year ago, in the form of Hades (not the Greek god, mind you). She's the represenative of the whole lot; tempermental, manik, and oftentimes described as a [pardon the French] "b***h."
    Neutral nightmares are, generally, well-tempered. Many are artistic, which is fatal in childhood; they cannot control their flames (sprouting up forest fires like daisies).
    Evil nightmares are... not well-tempered. This is a stereotype, however, as many of them are very well-mannered. Almost all evil nightmares, however, carry spite; they will always have a hate, or a strong dislike, towards something.



New Examples Coming-Waiting for New Templates/Lineart

    : Pegasi:

    Pegasi are distinguished by the great wings that grow on their back, able to fly them anywhere they please. Fillies and colts will not grow full wings until they reach adulthood. Pegasi are playful and carefree, and can be seen dancing through the sky for no apparent reason. Young ones enjoy playing hide-and-seek and other games on the forest bed until they are able to fly (though many disregard the laws of nature and try fruitlessly to gain some airtime, usually ended with a few smarting bruises).

    In the wild, their mating rituals are unique in the sense that the males must first impress the females by flying with apples balanced on their heads. The male who flies the farthest with the most apples always has the Pegasi mares twittering all over him for the next month or so.
    (The purple Pegasus is the oldest damned one in the Realm. xD)

    : Unicorns:

    These are identified with the single horn that grows in the middle of their forehead. Fillies and colts will only have stubs until they reach adulthood. They are long, fair-haired creatures, and may require hours of grooming. Unicorns are generally very self-confident and intelligent, some hoarding hundreds of years of knowledge. Not all of them are brilliant, mind you.
    Oftentimes, you can spot them sitting quietly in one part of the forest for hours on end, meditating on things profusely profound. If you ever chance upon one during meditation, I would advise against diturbing him; those horns can be sharp.

    : Phoenixes:

    The Phoenix symbolizes death and rebirth, especially of the sun. The phoenix was always seen as the Immortal Yuma, often being classified with the Gods and Goddesses. At the end of its life-cycle, the Phoenix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs that it then ignites; both nest and beast burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes. A new Phoenix always rises from the ashes after death-- thus, the species never dies. Myth has it that the Phoenix was also said to regenerate whenever hurt or wounded by a foe, thus being forever immortal and invincible ? a symbol of fire and divinity. Phoenixes are quite often seen as majestic creatures which has led to the attitude of great arrogance in some [usually males-- what a shocker!] However, most Phoenixes have a kind temperment and enjoy assisting others.

    ... Unless they happen to be a Gryphon.

    : Gryphons:

    Gryphons are noble beasts-- perhaps to a fault. A Gryphon's eyes are probably the animal kingdom's most advanced; when flying they can see a mouse on the ground from a standard 30 yards above. Being half-bird, Gryphons retain some features and tactics other avian creatures have [for example, a Gryphon can swivel his head like an owl. 180 degrees, baby!]. Gryphons' ears are also well equipped, being able to hear a rat's scurrying shuffle of paws a good five yards from where they're standing. They can also deal quite well with extreme weather changes, capable of getting used to environment changes easily and highly adaptable to any situation.

    Also, Gryphons generally have a large dislike toward Phoenixes. Let it be known.

    : Meryuma:

    Mers live in the waters of the valley and often can be found in the lakes and waters of various areas outside the enclosure. Often secretive and more than likely to slip quietly under the water's surface when one approaches, Mers enjoy playing water games and watching the creatures of the land. Some Mers are much too curious for their own good, however, and go so far as to approach a land creature and strike up a conversation.

    : Hippogriffs:

    A legendary creature, supposedly the offspring of a gryphon and a horse. Like a gryphon, it has the head of an eagle, claws armed with talons, and wings slathered with feathers; the rest of its body being that of a horse. This strange animal is called a Hippogriff. The reason for its great rarity is that gryhpons absoloutely despise horses, which they regard with the same feelings as... ohh, a dog has about a cat.

    It has been suggested this idea was strong enough in Medieval times to produce an expression, "To mate griffins with horses", which meant about the same as the modern expression, "Pfft, When pigs fly". The hippogriff was therefore a symbol of impossibility and love. The hippogriff is said to be an omnivore, eating either plants or meat. It is a large, powerful creature that can move through the air like greased lightning.

      a smaller horse like creature, lion-like tail. Comes in various colors, with and without wings, horns etc. not breedable to the full size Yuma.

    What are the stages?


      Gems - . Generally, they will pop once they all have owners decided <3
      Foal - New and just released into the world, they will not have developed their full features. Generally, they take 15-25 days to grow up.
      Adult - This is the full grown stage of the Yuma. You must wait one week after the growth into an adult before you can breed them. At this point you must also save them to your own server.
      Anthro - This is a very rare evolved stage of Yuma. It can only be obtained by earning it through roleplay, and maybe the odd auction. You won't see too many of these around. Each anthro is unique and custom drawn by [theawesomeful] Kazkitty, and colored acoording to the color scheme and markings of the Yuma. [In short: it's not an easy process, thus, the rarity].



    How much does one cost from the Realm?
      Flatsales are generally 7k per adult and 10k per foal; they are subject to change, however. Custom prices are varied, the colorist decides. And, of course, raffles and auctions are constantly fluctuating.

    How many may I buy from a sale?
      Only one, as to be fair to others.

    May I direct-link?
      No! We'd prefer if you hosted your own links for your pets. your pet is safe and will always be there. It is recommended to save a copy.

These are the laws set down by our forefathers-- well, no. These are the rules. If you cannot abide by them, or follow them, then you aren't welcome here.



Note: If you, perchance, become banned/black-listed from the shop for whatever reason, violate shop rules, or make a sizeable offense, any Yuma that you previously owned simply will just cease to exist. You may however give them away to new owners if you choose to. Otherwise they will be nothing more then sig pets, meaning you cannot breed, rp in this shop,/guild, or obtain any new pets in the shop. Rehoming will be permanant. If you return your pets to the shop's care whether blacklisted or just leaving the shop on your own, then Mia has the right to rehome as she sees fit. However she will honor new owners of your choice if you should decide to do so.

    7.) For the love of horses, no l337 speak or Txt talk. The human language is a wonderous thing, don't kill it.

    8.) RP's are PG-13. Should your RP's be heading towards a direction otherwise then just use a "fade out" or "time skip"




    9.) No begging for a pet. There are plenty of oppertunities to get one and sometimes one of the staff may just give one to someone who's particualrly helpful or nice. Want a free pet? Then just behave and you might get one.

    10.) Absolutely no harassment of others in this thread of other players, staff or otherwise. There will also be no ill speak of other shops allowed. If you feel the need to lunge at someone then please proceed to the back button and leave. This is a shop, not a boxing ring, people.

    11.) Certs will be posted in png format to ensure quality pets and certs. However it is the owner's responsibility to make sure they are within the specs specified by Gaia if they choose to place them in the signatures.

    12.) Please do not keep quoting a post and do not quote the front page, this is both confusing, annoying, and simply unnessary.

and another lineartist failed. Kaz is trying her hand at some lines so we'll keep you posted about what will happen. sad


Hiring: We will start hiring for colorists (full time, part-time, customs only, breedings only) when we get the lineart up and running along with the certs so we can get things moving more smoothly. So there will be more customs, events and breedings when we get everything stablized.

5. Percentage for colorists: We have changed the percentage of the payment the colorsts get from 80 to colorists and 20 to the shop to 100 to colorists and 0 to shop because we think that it is fair that way since the colorists are doing all of the work so they should get all of the income. That and we can color too so its no big deal really <3<3<3

So hopefully soon,, everything will fall right into the place and the shop will pick itsself up from the ground.

Here is where you may purchase one of the creatures inhabiting the Realm.
    For Flatsales, specify your choice from the selection, and send the trade to the colorist.
    For Auctions, it's rather obvious. The highest bid at the end of the auction wins; contact the colorist who colored that specific creature and have them tag it for you.
    For Raffles, the runner of the raffle will select a winner by whatever means; it's pure luck. Contact the colorist who colored it, and they'll tag it.

Customs have been moved to the Guild, where each colorist will have their own post, their own prices, and their own rules. A slot opens whenever one of them wishes to open. The slot MUST be announced in the shop to be officially open. Please be sure to PM a copy of your order to this account as well seeing as customs need to be approved by the shop owner. The trade is to be sent to the colorist.




COSPLAYS -- please ask Mialee or a colorist [who will eventaully ask Mia, so, somehow someway ask Mialee 8D;;] if your cosplay is alright to do. Some are already in the works, some never will be. Never hurts to ask! :D

This item shop consists mainly (pretty much only) of potions to help along the magic in the Realm.

Any items such as earrings, jewellery, clothing, etc., is purely up to the colorists. You may approach them and see if they are willing to add items to your Yuma. The cost will be at their own discretion of what they think the price should amount to have whatever you desire done. Once items are added it is up to you to save it and, if breeding, you must provide the altered picture if you want items to carry on to the offspring.

    There are permanent Gender-changing potions now available. The male potion changes a female to male, and the female potion changes a male to female. Cost: 5k

All breedings are run by individual colorists. They set their own times and when slots will open, but you must post in the thread in the guild for the specified colorist to aquire an open slot.


Breeding Forum in the Guild

All Creatures in the Realm can breed. :3


    Regular Yuma Breeding / Cross-Breeding: 5000g
    One adult male and female. This will result in 3 foals. (To breed same gendered Yuma, check out the item shop).
    New Dual-gendered Breeding Option: Yuma:15000g - Merkaroch: 12000g
    Two adult dual-gendered. This will result in 6 foals/bells/eggs, 3 from each parent. Basically since both are dual gendered they both have the ability to impregnant and also get pregnant. Therefore 6 foals/bells/eggs would result, however please keep in mind this will probably be rare and it will be costly. The colorists have the right to refuse this type of breeding which yields 6 babies, however you could still do a nomal breeding with dual-gendered Yuma/Merk/Thae/Tand. Price is subject to change since I still need colorist feedback on this option. Potions for extra babies are available but since this would yield a maximum of 8 babies, the colorist has the right to deny the purchase of these potions. Also growth time for these breedings will not be the standard 15-20 days. It will be extended to 30 days.
    MerYuma Breeding / Cross-Breeding to Land Yuma: 5000g
    One adult male/female. See potions list to breed same gendered. This will result in 3 foals. If a land yuma is bred to a meryuma, the foals will result in a mixture of land and mer. There won't be mixes of the 2, it'll either be land or Mer. IE) 2 land and 1 mer foal, or 2 mers 1 land, etc. To mix them would be too much lineart headachyness. If a colorists feels inspired to give a land yuma fins, tail etc, they may do so at their own discretion.
    Merkaroch Breedings: 5000g
    This will produce 3 foals






    Owners have 2 weeks to name foals and decide what is to be done with them. Owners of the parents may only keep 1 foal each. The remaining foals or babies must be sold, raffled or given away. If they are not touched within 2 weeks of the day they are posted, they become the property of the shop to keep, sell or give away as the shop sees fit.

    There's way too many Yuma to constantly be updating the owner's list, so this is the alternative. We have over one thousand Yuma. Mia has spent many hours... and has very sore eyes lol... from uploading all the certs into one certs folder. With 5 folders within; one for each species. They're alphabetical, so, should't have any problems wih that! :D If you lose a cert or need it, it'll be there in the folder according to species. All adult certs will be found here from now on permanently. Yay!!!
