September 27, 2006 - I'll make it official now, this thread is going to go under construction for an undetermined amount of time while I update the whole layout of it. I'll try to get it back up and running as soon as I can but until that time there will be no further updates. If you still want to find releases then you can visit http://www.animeondvd.com/releases/releases_by_date.php . They have a good listing so I hope you find it helpful. Sorry for any inconvenience.
August 10, 2006 - While I don't particularly enjoy the show Inuyasha, it is very popular so I thought I'd add in the info I found that says the fourth movie will air on Adult Swim. Look in the Anime on TV section to see more.
August 6, 2006 - Alright, after trying to figure out which of my sources had the right dates I've finished the Anime on DVD update. The 4th Inuyasha movie as well as the Fullmetal Alchemist movie is in there so look those up and enjoy.
August 1, 2006 - Okay, the Fullmetal Alchemist movie has been added in along with showtimes and theaters. There are also additions to the TV Anime list and the Anime on DVD section update will hopefully be up soon.
July 19, 2006 - Alright, since I included an extra month last update I haven't added any new dvds, however I found out the 3rd Inuyasha movie will be airing on Adult Swim so visit the Anime on TV section to find out about that. Also added in Trinity Blood to the Adult Swim lineup, look and see.
June 19, 2006 - Okay okay, I took time off from slacking to add in the new update and just to apologize I also added in an extra month in the Anime on TV section. There are several popular titles coming out soon such as an uncut Naruto box set and the fourth Inuyasha movie so you can look forward to those. Enjoy.
April 9, 2006 - Alright, I finally got the time to add in the update for this month and last month so enjoy.
March 3, 2006 - I've added in two theater releases for this month.
February 13, 2006 - According to an article on Anime News Network the movie, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children has been set for release on April 25.
February 12, 2006 - I�ve put in the update through March, enjoy.
January 26, 2005 - Cartoon Network will start showing the collection of Studio Ghibli movies acquired from Turner Classic Movies, starting Friday, February 3. The first to air will be Spirited Away.
December 30, 2005 - I've put in the dvd additions and made changes to the tv lineup through February, have at it.
October 26, 2005 - I've added in some movies that are premiering on Turner Classic Movies during the month of January, there's plenty of good titles to see. Enjoy.
October 21, 2005 - Alright, I've added in the update for October and since I was so late in getting it in I've also included the November edition, enjoy.
September 10, 2005 - Okay, I've put the update for this month in, enjoy.
August 16, 2005 - I've gotten some more dates for the TV items including the second Inuyasha movie, Castle Beyond the Looking Glass.
August 1, 2005 - The new update has been added, there are some additions and changes to the TV series so check those if you’re interested.
July 8, 2005 - Alright, I have the new update finally up. There?s plenty of TV updates this month so be sure to check those out.
June 17, 2005 - With the migration to the new forum code my update for June was evidently erased along with everything after May 15. I am working to solve this and hope to have it back up again by some time tonight.
June 6, 2005- - I?ve put in the updates for this month, enjoy.
June 4, 2005 - Due to issues beyond my control the update for this month has been delayed. I will be working on getting the update ready and put in soon and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

March 13, 2005 - Got the thread up and running for the first day. Hoping I can get all the information up within the week, but for now Steamboy will have to tide you over.
Thread Guide:
--Anime On Dvd: This is for all the releases that appear on dvds. You'll find the date the dvd is expected to be in stores and the title of the anime. The list will consist of all the titles I can find for a two month period. (Ex: If it's March then there will be dates for March and April). Adult Anime (i.e. Hentai) will be colored Orange.
--Anime On TV/Anime In Japan: For all the anime shows that will be making a premiere on public television. You'll find the company that is airing the program, the date it's expected to premiere, and I'm hoping to have a brief synopsis to accompany it. I have included a link to a more comprehensive review of new titles appearing in Japan.
--Anime In Theaters: For the rare event when anime hits the big screen. You'll find the dates it's expected to run, the rating, the theaters it will be showing in*, whether or not it has been edited**, and I'm hoping to have a brief synopsis to accompany this as well.
*Only if it's showing in select theaters
**I'll include this if possible
Note: As far as I know these dates are only for the United States.
