Because there seem to be quite a few fans of Juvenile Orion on Gaia, I thought it would be a good idea to start a discussion thread so that all the fans can have one central topic to talk about the manga instead of the repeat threads. If you see any other JO threads, please direct them to this one.

I'm going to start off talking about Mana (if that's ok)...I like her! I think she's a strong character, with a strong personality ^_^ You know? I think that her character seems rather bubbly, but in Volume 4, I think that we get to see more of why Mana is that way, and how much she cares about each of the guys! I really think she should get together with Kaname! I think that they make an interesting couple, and they compliment each other well! Kaname is strong-willed, but it's almost as if he wants to stay to himself so nobody gets hurt because of him (which is understandable given his childhood), but I think Mana brings out his sensitive side (Volume 4) haha ^_^

wow i like juvenile orion thread. i thought only some people noe it^^ im kasumi and juvenile orion ish so kewl. im still wating for the 5th book. i think its the last one but im not sure. do they have an anime of it? and the juvenile orion books they have at borders are so hard to open. its so tightly bounded. most of the time i was reading it was trying to open the book^^ but overall its a good book^^i hope people come to this thread^^

Ah, I see what you're getting at. But I still find Mana to be extremely annoying. She reminds me so much of Tohru Honda (Fruits Basket). >.< But I'm just one of those people who doesn't like really optimistic people like Mana and Tohru.

I also don't think that Mana should get together with Kaname. I'm more for the Mana/Isshin pairing. But, that's really only because I'm a crazed shounen-ai fangirl; and because of the fact that the author is known for her shounen-ai works in Japan, I've got the mind set that Kaname and Itsuki are going to be a couple, as well as Tomonori and Amou. ^.^;; I see, though, why so many people want Mana and Kaname to be a couple. It's like the reason so many people want Ron and Hermione to be a couple. It's kind of obvious to us readers and it's probably the intention of the author.

But, I always take the road less traveled and I want to keep my little ray of hope for the Kaname/Itsuki and Tomonori/Amou pairings, even though it's probably not going to happen.

It seems that a lot of people think it's out ... but it's not yet. I'm not sure when it'll be coming out, though. I hope it's sometime soon - I don't want to wait any longer!!

yes i know i wish they would just come out monthly crying but anyway i think that Mana and Kaname should be together. I think they compliment eachother well with their conflicting personalities. Mana brings out Kaname's soft side and he brings out her strong side*sigh, true love* Anyway, i like Mana's character. I don't find those types of characters annoying at all. Also, I'm a Amou and Tomonori fan whee I think they make such an awesome couple. I just ordered pins of them 4laugh *they're so awesome* I loved the extra in the 4th manga where it was just the dialouge, but Amou was looking at some naked pictures that Itsuki had and Tomonori was freaking out saying "OH NO! My poor innocent Tsukasa has been tainted!" whee *lol*

Mana, I think, is optimistic because of what is said to her by the guys ^_^ (Like that scene with her and Kaname.) See, I think that Tohru is the Miaka (Fushigi Yugi) annoying...it can be good sometimes, but other times you're just like: STOP! haha blaugh
But! I was kinda wanting the Kaname/Itsuki pairing hahaha (I'm such a hypocrite!). And, I do like the Tomonori/Amou pairing ^_^ I still think the Tomonori/Amou pairing is going to happen!!!

Ah, yes, I'd be quite optimistic, too, if I had five sexy men cheering me up all the time. ^^;; And, yes, no matter what happens with Mana, I believe, the Tomonori/Amou has to work out! (Heh, even though Tomonori was like, "You pervert! I'm not like you!" when that one guy was practically hitting on him. God that was funny.)

i think amou and tomonori are r cool. i love amou he is so cool with his wings and attitude he is cool. i reckon if anything amou and mana should be together for they r cool together and they arnt that nervous around each other xd but amou is so cool

Yes, we should protest. Heh. And make picket signs that say "Fans for Tomonori/Amou!!" and walk around in circles ... ^^;; That fifth manga better come out soon - I HATE ANTICIPATION!! >.< Bah. And it's even worse being a shounen-ai fangirl, coz then you REALLY want to know what happens. ^^;;;
