~ Smiles as the portal closes behind him. He walks over to the kitchen and makes himself a drink and then walks over to the window and looks out staring at the lake ~

~ sighing ~

Those were good days we had Scout. Swimming in that lake as a child, before father sent us away.

~ Sees a young lady by the lake. Intrigued as to how someone came across the lake without his knowledge ~

~ Stepping out of the cottage, Geminid stands and looks out towards the lake ~

~ Sees the young lady approching him as he stands on the porch and speaks to the young lady ~

Lost, little lady? Well, it's not that hard to get lost in those woods. Trust me, I've lost my way plenty of times through there. It's not an advisable thing to get lost around here. There are bad things that lurk in those woods.

~ As he raises his cup to his lips and takes a drink watching the young lady intently ~

~ snorts ~

The way out of here is simple, there's a path on the other side of the lake that will lead you out of the clearing, but once inside the forest, it gets harder as the path has become overrun with growth.

I would show you the way out, but I'm a very busy man. I have a lot of work to get done before Scout wakes up. And I don't think he'll like what I have planned.

~ grinning a very toothy grin as his one yellow eye starts to glow ~

You're welcomed to stay and rest until you're ready to be on your way. There's coffee and drinks in the kitchen. As you have noticed, there is a lake. Use it if you need to get cleaned.

~ As Geminid steps back through the door leaving it open ~

a young woman ran across the feild, running from someone. she saw the house and ran towards it.
