What Is The Cutoff Page?
The cutoff page signifies the point in the lotto where no more contestants may enter. Once the first post has been made on that page, only the contestants who have posts before that page are qualified to win.
This DOES NOT mean that you are not allowed to post after the cutoff page if you did not post before it; It just means you won't be elegible to win.
