Based on the history of Heinlein, Space Port Nine is here to prattle over politics or for random travellers to discuss the weather.

We use the politics of Golden Rule, all is legal, unless the Manager states otherwise.
As for punishments you can either be sent to Dirtside (banned for a period of time) or Spaced (banned permanently).
