The NightShade Clan welcomes all wolves, half-breeds and other species to call these grounds their home.
Our name comes from the field of Nightshade, a poisonous plant, which is located at the edge of the forest.
A great battle strategy of the clan is to lead our enemies through the field and see if they're strong enough to survive.
Will you stand beside us or face our deadly poison?

-In this thread, I am the Alpha, You don't have to like me, but you WILL respect me and those that are in here. If you want respect, you give it.

-Do not, I repeat, DO NOT send in a profile if you aren't even going to come in here and post. Don't waste my time, I don't appriciate it. And if wasting my time is no concern to you, then think about it, you're wasting your own time by creating a profile and then never using it.

-Be as literate as possible!

-Absolutely NO page stretching.

-No chat speek of l33t! I wont give you any other warning except this one.

-PM profiles to me. You can post your profile in the thread as well if you want.

-Dialogue should be put in quotes. When you read a book, that's how it's done, I want it done the same.

-I don't even want to see **, --, ^^, or ~~, for actions. You'll get one warning before I black list you.

-Make your OOC distingushable from you IC. Use a bracket of some kind, please.

Fighting is allowed, but there are stipulations.
-No godmodding, auto hitting, or anything to its likeness.
-If you wish to kill someone, PM them and work out the details first. Don't just up and kill them if it isn't something they don't want done.
-Clean up what you mess up.
-Don't make it pointless. "He stole my spot, HE MUST DIE!" So not even close to worth it.

-Romance is also allowed, but remember, Gaia is a PG-13 zone.

-Swearing is allowed, but use common sense

-If you quote someone, keep it to short stacks. I don't want to see ten of them stacked, keep it below five.

Forest:[.x.]
Many creatures inhabit this forest, from Deer, Elk, Wild boar to some very mysterious and perhaps dangerous ones.

Lake/Mountains: [.x.]
The north side of the den is where you'll find the lake and mountains. A beautiful and serene setting, especially wonderous at sunset.

Waterfall: [.x.]
A few yards behind the den, another escape from reality. The perfect place to meditate or simply sit and relax with other clan members.

Den: [.x.]
Although it may look small from the outside, once inside you'll find enough room for the clan and then some.
Thick furs lay on the den floor and a large pit is situated directly beside the opening for fires in the winter.
There is a cold section through another opening where the meat is kept.

Valen sat quietly at the lakes edge, looking out over the water reminded her of a dream. She loved this place and hoped that others would come to appreciate it's beauty as much as she had in the past few months. She stood and perked her ears up, her silvery fur glistened in the afternoon sun. She raised her head and let out a long howl, to anyone in the area, hoping she would find some adventure this day.

She flattens her ears back in annoyance and curls up under a nearby tree. Yawning sleepily she decided to rest for a little while, maybe things would pick up later on.

Kiara was on the outskirts of the clan's lands, her hands tight on the hilt of her sword. She moved through the motions, easily moving the stances. One form lead to another; fluid, solid motions. Faster and faster, split seconds between each one. Her sword almost whistled as it moved through the air. In a heart beat, she stopped it, her sword out straight just above a butterfly.

Valen awoke suddenly as she caught a new scent in the air. She stood and wondered closer to the forest. She hoped it was someone interesting, this place had been so dull lately and definately needed some lively people.

Kiara slid her sword back into its sheath before running a hand through her short cropped black hair. Her molten brown eyes scanned the forest, there was someone out there. Her hand itched to grab her bow, but she held the spot she was in.

Valen shifted to human form and drew her katana, she narrowed her eyes and smirked. "It's ok, you can come out, I promise I won't hurt you.." she said, loud enough so the individual would hear her.
