My sister really likes these books and she's been trying to get me to read them, so I'm going to try and read them when we go on our camping trip. I hope they're good. xp

I've read all the ones that have been published so far and even though they are kind of kid's books, I really like them. They are just so strangely somewhat cherry and morbid at the same time...it's odd, in a good way. They keep my attention, I think mostly because I want to find out what V.F.D. really is.

My favorite character would have to be Klaus becuase I identify with him the most. I like to read a lot and can pull random facts out of nowhere, so I understand how and why he does it. I also think Sunny is really cute. whee

I am pretty excited about the movie and I hope it will do the books justice.

oh yes, those are good books. ive read all of them except the newest one, the slippery slope. i dont have my books with me, so i cant check his name but my favorite character is the one guy they meet when theyre in the town of v.f.d. i cant remember his name but hes a..janitor, or a gardener?
does anyone know who im talking about?

Ha, I love those books. I think they're so clever! And the artwork is pretty amazing, too. I listened to one of the books on tape, narrated by Tim Curry. He does the perfect Count Olaf.

Jaques Snicket.

I am an utter Snicket fanatic. I love these books, even though I am several years older then their reading level. The secrets of VFD and the Bauds mom and K... it's all so INTERESTING.

I own all over them except for six (but I've read that one) AND the rare edition of the first book AND his Unauthorized Autobiography (which REALLY sheds light onto VFD.)

I love the series, in my opinion it is the best series in the world. I want to know more about V.F.D and the sugar bowl. Sunny is my favorite character is Sunny, she's the bomb. I like how in the beginning of every book Snicket puts a poem, the one in my siggy is form the eighth book, The Canavarious Carnival (sp?) Our Love Broke My Heart, And Stopped yours.

Even though I've only read the first 4 book (and just stared the fith), I like them. My favorit character has to be the Incredibly Dangerous Viper and Charles. 3nodding

Actually its Hector.
I am absolutely obsessed with those books. I've read all of them, and i have all of them (rare edition and autobiography). My favorite is the slippery slope. I am anxiously waiting for the grim grotto! My favorite character is Sunny, she's so cool!

i've read the entire series i like Sunny and Violet my favorite is the reptile room i really like snakes and reptiles . But I liked all of the stories so far. I'm waiting for the new ones

Yeah. Violet I would say is my favorite character. She's much smarter then others and I like how she usually figures things out and out does some people.
