Like all Charities and many threads on Gaia, there are many rules for this Charity. I don’t think they are difficult to follow, but I still must list them any way.
1) Follow the ToS
2) Be polite to every one in this thread (if an issue arises please PM one of the owners and we shall deal with it)
3) No begging, Requesting a donation is fine, but don’t beg or ask over and over again when you’ll get your donation, if you’ll get your donation. Too much begging and the deal is off.
4) Do not Bump unless there is no one else around. Other wise have conversation
5) No advertising. If you wish us to have a link on the front page to your Quest, please follow the guidelines for that aspect. You may mention something through conversation, but links must be pm’d)
6) Be literate (no net speak and what have you. Please type in full sentences)
7) Do not stretch the page (no large pics or extended posts.) If you do stretch the page, and we ask you to fix it, please do so. Not to do so will result in being placed immediately on the Gray list, with 2 chances left.
8: Advertise and tell others of this place.
9) Check back periodically- no post and run. Must have conversation with some one so we know your serious
10) Have fun and enjoy your self.
1: Do I have to be on a quest to recieve a donation?
A: Yes. Or you are a newbies under 6 months old and have less than 200 posts. 6 months and older, you need to be on a quest of some sort
2: Do I need a quest thread of some sort?
A: You need a way of keeping track of your donations and donators and progress. While a frequently updated quest thread is prefered, we do accept journal entries. A quest bar in your sig is not enough by it's self.
3: Do I have to donate back?
A: In some manner of form yes. This can be in junk to sell in the market place (Goes to the SFAC account), a banner in your sig and on your quest thread/journal entry. If you choose a banner it needs to stay in your signature for at least a month and in the quest thread till the quest is complete.
4: Where do I post my application?
A: You post your application here in this thread. You do not PM applications. PM'd applications wil be ignored. It's just easier to have al the applications in one place.
5: How will I know if I am accepted?
A: Hang around and chat with us. We don't bite!
6: How long will it take to get my donation?
A: We send out donations as soon as we can on a regular basis. However if you do not respond or reply to the trade after 2 weeks it will be cancelled (unless you have given us a reason for not being allowed on)
7: How do I make a quest thread?
A: Go into this forum and click on "new topic". There are some guidelines on what makes a good quest thread in the application section. If you have any further questions on making a quest thread post them here and we'll help you.
8: How do I put a banner in my signature or profile?
A: Select one of the banners on the front page. Copy the code under the banner and open up your profile. In there click on signature and copy and paste the banner code into the signature and click on save. Profile will have a similar option.
