Basically this is the Black list and White list Place..white list is a good thing..and the black list is a really bahhhhd thing.. lemme tell you how you can get on both.
lets start off with the black list stressed these are people who are annoying and who dont abide with the rules *such a shame* its allways polite to read the threads posts before you start posting mmmkay? thanks
now the white list..ITS A GOOD THING for people who we apreciate =]. People who r regulars and such u get it^^ also people who donate over 20k get on it.

First to get people started , lettin you know that there wont be just one winner! this is an optional contest that will cost (its for a good cause biggrin ) i wont tell you exactly what its for right now but know that it`ll help everyone biggrin

How this works:

a.) Basics: Ok , this is how things are gonna go. this is a contest thats made up of "rounds". each round 5+ people can sign up for a spot on the list. getting on the list cost only 100g (start small finish big). To sign up all you have to do is send me a pm telling me you want to sign up and a trade with the 100g. sometimes we`ll have special rounds but i`ll explain those when the time comes lol

b.) My avi: User Image

As soon as i get the gold for your avi to be on the list THAT will be the avi you will be judged on (so make sure its how u want it smile ).

c.) Prizes:
Nobody likes to lose right? well , in this contest instead of just one person winning there will be a runner-up prize too. This is how that will work.

1st place: Random Item/Name on winner list/500g
2nd place: Random Item
3rd place: a "better luck next time" razz

d.) Rules:
No cheating - ( getting your friends to vote for your avi, using mule to vote for self, VOTING for self , etc. )
No flamming - "HAHA!!! TOLD YOU YOUR AVI SUCKED!!!"
No arguing - When the results come in dont be like " yeah right!! i know i shouldve won! your cheating for your friend!! "
