Hentai, it's cleaner and more pleasing to eye. I don't find real people having sex particularly attractive, but the clean lines and colors of anime are much easier to look at.

It's also better for artists. As sick as this sounds, my ex-boyfriends hentai and a friend of mines favorite hentai site have helped me learn different body positions and shadowing for my artwork.
